- Amazing building and amazing location! Everyone was very kind, professional and accommodating.
- Very helpful staff. Much needed heat was on. Nice bathroom.
- The location of this property is outstanding.
Cons -
- The bathroom in my daughter's room kept making loud noises during the night, so she didn't sleep too much. I think something in the water tank needs to be fixed.
- I don’t find anything.
- We were unaware that there is some regulation about not turning heat on until Oct 15th. The weather during our visit was unseasonably cold. After much discussion we were very grateful they made an exception.

The wonderful decor of rooms, its historic presence and location in historic district Staff confirmed an outside driver for me, left a message with him, then when he called they put it in my file. These amenities of having a staff are overlooked in the age of DYI, carry your bags yourself, etc
Some how booking.com told property we were 3 people, consequently they found a triple. I paid for two junior suites. Our companions had a huge room, painted, chairs, table, actually in the brochure. We had a dark, dreary small room under the eaves, nothing special. I asked is this a junior suite? Yes. Finally we were shown to far nicer rooms, more a junior suite. Somehow since they made up a third bed, they wanted me to use it. Nowhere was there a baby in our reservation.clerk recommended a restaurant nearby, been closed for weeks
Very comfortable room within easy walk to main squares. Nice breakfast with extremely friendly hotel staff in the breakfast room and in the guest services area. Great bath products as well.
Parking is a challenge but we opted to valet which made it easier. Our AC unit was tricky to operate but staff was helpful.
Room was spacious in a beautiful old Palazzo. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Amazing location within the historic centre
Central to the main attractions.Great breakfastThank you for changing our room Historical building
Allowing for the reality this an old building, its presentation is tired
We needed a lift for a wheel chair.
Food was lovely and plenty.
we loved everything: the staff, the room, the location and the breakfast
Exceptional locationWonderful decorationOutstanding furniture Very pleasant and professional staffMarvellous breakfast
Position perfectStaff very accomdating and helpful, gave an excellent map and good ideas of where to eat and snack etcBreakfast staff very friendly and breakfast very good
Water pressure in sink low
I loved the experience of staying in a former palace. My room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the quality of the toiletries provided. The location was minutes from major attractions such as Piazza Del Popolo. There were bonuses such as croissants, biscotti and coffee on offer in a salon all day. There was a coffee machine in my room.Value for money was outstanding.
Although breakfast was, generally, excellent I did think the scrambled eggs were reheated and served again the next day.
Location was good. Glad we had booked parking. There were road works going on and the public parking in the piazza outside the hotel was very limited. The hotel is a renovated old palazzo and the rooms are spread out around internal courtyard and staircases.Room was good size.Breakfast was fine.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom, wheelchair accessible. The accessibility may have explained the somewhat idiosyncratic layout of the bathroom.Despite the age of the structure and adequate furniture the room oddly lacked any atmosphere. For an historic building the rooms was strangely utilitarian. But it was clean and there was a window providing natural light and a street outlook. It just seemed to have lots of unmet potential - and I'm not talking about the need for excessive dollars to be spent - just a better 'eye'.
Great location near the Piazza del Popolo, spacious room and bathroom, friendly and professional staff and a generous breakfast. Our dog also received a warm welcome!
The location and antiquity of the hotel, but moreover, the staff, from sweet Sara at reception to the excellent baristas and staff.
I must have been sleeping too hard, but never heard a church bell, but odd since so many nearby!
Totally central with personnel that care and take care of their customers. Sunday free tour of Ascoli for clients. Got me a restaurant place at a restaurant where officially no vacancies were available.
The WLAN is dodgy. And is in midst of the old town. Arriving at dark I would not have found it without the assistance of two local ladies.
A lovely palazzo. The building is the former home of a wealthy family. Staying there shows what such life was like and that's a special experience in itself. The room was large and decorated beautifully. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast choices were truly delicious. Grazie tante!
Excellent breakfast
No Proper glasses in bedroomShower head in shower rather old though shower had plenty of hot water
Perfect location, beautiful historical building
The building is well kept, it needs maintenance
The hotel is in a very beautiful old building - we loved being there. The staff were exceptionally helpful in finding a dentist for my husband, who had severe toothache. We also enjoyed our breakfast there each morning. There was a wonderful range of food.
