Di Sabatino Resort - Suite Apartments & SPA

Location was great and most staff were amazing. Breakfast was great.

It was not very clean, and the showers were unacceptable in that they were very small and leaked all over the floor.

Super location in the historic Centro.

We arrived with a car and were given a choice of “valet” parking or public parking in a nearby secure lot. Obviously something was lost in translation because the car was unavailable to us during the afternoon when stores are closed. It was also unavailable to us when we needed our bathing suits to visit the spa. We paid for the spa but obviously couldn’t use it because we left our bathing suits in the car. It was our mistake not understanding the parking situation. A caution to others that the “valet” takes the car far away and it will not be accessible. Be clear about your needs-or just use the public parking. It is under video surveillance and is secure.One other note is that there is some moisture problems at the hotel. There is a moldy for in the breakfast area and our room had clear signs of moisture damage. Photos attached.There is a kitchenette but we were provided only 2 espresso cups and saucers, 2 glasses and 2 spoons. We did not ask for additional utensils but found it very odd that there were none.

Breakfast was a bit poor, it could be a little more savory, at least some eggs and vegetables.

Fantastic location - so close to the main square. Very modern and secure - very nice staff and great room. Huge bathroom, but the shower is quite tiny! Overall a really good stay for one night.

Parking is difficult. Construction in the sgtreet at the time of our visit detracted from our stay but should be completed eventually. But parking will need to be a good walk away

This is our second time at Di Sabatino resort. Only 50 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo right in the historical centre of Ascoli Piceno. Modern hotel offering a spacious room that was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly. Adequate breakfast offered every morning on the third floor.

Don’t understand why hotels in Italy don’t have tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

Perfect location to visit Ascoli and its surroundings. Simple and well designed hotel. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Perfect stay!

amazing location , great service, very friendly staff and behaviour, good breakfast, great rooms , very clean . The spa was private and relaxing for one hour and for a great price. we enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot. we got an early check in and a late checkout after the spa . the staff was amazing more than anything , location was prime , rooms were spectacular with clean fresh linens and toilets and wardrobes

The staff was helpful and friendly. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the kiwi fruit at breakfast. Good restaurants were very close. The washing machine in the room was super. The kitchen in the room was a big plus.

The construction on the road in front of the hotel, but that couldn’t be helped.

The location of the hotel to the main piazza and Ascoli Centro was excellent. The staff was very good. Responsive, pleasant and always available to help.The price /value equation was very good
