Valentino SPA Resort

The resort is well located near the beach. The hotel is clean, modern and well kept. I didn't understand that we had booked a 2 bed and bath suite so that is probably why it was fairly expensive. We loved our stay. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Extra stars for my room being ready before check-in and free drink on arrival. The ladies on reception were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great view of the hills. Lovely toiletries.

The breakfast selection was limited for vegans.

The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. The suite beds are very comfortable and the spa service was excellent. The breakfast was very good with fresh tropical fruits and beautifully crafted coffee. The hotel’s restaurant on the beach has fantastic options for dinner. I travel to this region for work often and Valentino Resort will be my number one choice

Perfect location in a luxury setting catering to all your needs. Loved the full breakfast and the bicycles too. Been coming for 7 years and Valentino never disappoints.

The hotel, staff, and location were excellent. Great breakfast, best we’ve enjoyed yet in our 2 weeks in Italy. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were part way through our trip, so very convenient to make use of the laundry service. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying at the Valentino Spa Resort.

We have vistied this hotel for the last 4 years, at least once per year. Each time was a disappointment.It has nice location, right across the street from the beach.

With each visit we have got a worst exeprience. This was surely our last one.0 maintanance is done in this location- the flooring in the rooms needs a deep clean, the joint between ceramic tiles are really dirty.- no propper cleaning is done during the day- no disinsection. The room have mosquitoes of different kinds- the rooms are very noisy. Tou can hear everything from the hallway, and all the sounds from the neighbours, especially early vacum cleaners used by the housekeeping. Nobody tries to keep it quiet, at least in the mornig- you have maximum 1 usefull poweroutlets in the room. All the other are for phone chargers. So you can not use a hair dryer or a fast caharger for your laptop.- if you have to iron something then you got a problem. The housekeeping in not available in the afternoon. You have to go in the basment in the loundruy room to iron. There is an ironing machine from the 70s that gets really hot and drops rusty water on your clothes.- they have started to call in the room to do the checkoout at 10:30. There was nobody witing for check-in, as the season ahs ended. We checked out at 1:25 pm and they have charged us 50 EUR for late checout.A pathetic team doing a pathetic job.

The bed was very uncomfortable, more like a sofa - very hard mattress and everytime someone turned in bed, the other got awake as the whole bed was shaking…

Beautiful hotel located right at the beach. We had a very comfortable, modern, clean apartment with an exceptional view of the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glass wear and cooking pots and dishes. Full size fridge and a dishwasher machine. It is ideal for families that are happy to do some light cooking. The area itself is simply beautiful and convenient. There are many restaurants to choose from, walking and biking alleys and areas to walk to and explore. Breakfast was great and there was a lots of variety.The cleaning staff was quick and always knew when we went for breakfast so when we returned to the apartment it was nice and clean.

There was no paper towel, dish detergent or dishwasher detergent left for us to use in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have small starting kit available.

As improvement, recommend to have SPA flyer into bilingual English with Italian

Great location next to the station and the sea. 3 kms from the sea walk in San Benedetto. Suggested for short trips or in case the interest is to stay close to the beach, for longer journeys would suggest staying closer to San Benedetto. Great breakfast with a lot of choice and fresh products
