Beautiful, well managed resort. Nice customer service and clean.

we booked the vila like a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 days and it was totally worth the views, vibe, pool and facilities and super value for money.Must recommended for all.

areas of improvement- can have a small grocery /store within the vicinity which could be available for 24 Hours within the resort or till late night.

Property located in very beautiful location with wonderful view.

Air conditioning was not working, shower was super small and shower head fell off. Living room pull out sofa was broken.

We were pretty disappointed to find out that the pools closed at 7pm, the pools were the main reason we booked the accommodation especially considering there was no air conditioning (we were happy to trade this off for late night swims!). It was almost impossible to sleep in the heat, as there was only one fan provided for our two bedroom apartment which meant we had to take turns sleeping in swelteringly hot rooms. We had also booked the tennis court and when we came to pick up the racquets they had given them to someone else.

The property is located in a charming (but a bit run down) old complex with immense space and beautiful views. The lobby area is really great and the staff very nice and helpful.

The rooms (ours for sure) are really dated. Compared to the beautiful and simple lobby/reception area they look like they were decorated and furnished in the times of communism. For some reason we got handicap room and when taking a shower we ended up having bathroom flooded with water. The pool looked beautiful but closed early and wasn’t heated so we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast was OK if you got there at the right time, but often lacked basic items.

Very pretty area with lots of things to do outside. The personal was very helpful and friendly! Good breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for families or bigger groups!

There was no Wi-Fi and at our room was there no service ether. No air condition at our room.

The scenery is so so beautiful! Looks into the Tuscan hills and everything makes you feel relaxed. It’s great to have children’s swimming pool and entertainment.The lead entertainer Cristian is super! Morad the manager of reception is so helpful and always has a smile. The place is clean and well kept.

More kitchen equipment but all you need is there.

The place is absolutely breathtaking. The real Toscana. We really enjoyed the stayed.

We had a trouble with our reservation via booking.com. Shortly, booking.com offers something what hotel is not able to provide. But the hotel did not reject our requirements. So we stuck while on the reception desk solving this issue but the hotel offered us better solution. So we were glad that it solved somehow. But it was unpleasant.AC would be the cherry on top of the cake, too hooooot.

Good pool but neither terrace nor window in the dark kitchen corner

I liked that there were not that many guests at the same time and it was not crowdy. I liked the presence of the restaurant although the prices may not be encouraging.

- WiFi connection or even mobile coverage is a disaster. WiFi is available mostly in the reception and restaurant to certain extend. No WiFi access in the rooms. What's even worse mobile data connection was also not available at all due to poor operator coverage. In order to use internet you had to walk to the reception.- Issues with communication in English. Some people working at the reception do not know English at all.- Lack of air conditioning.- Appliances in the kitchen (and not only) were old and not well-kept. Especially kitchen hood was useless and extremely loud. Combined with no air conditioning made cooking a challenge since the temperature was really high.- There were no glasses for wine available neither wine corkscrew - come on, this is Tuscany, famous of its wines and no corkscrew?

Pian dei Mucini is a perfect place for families. Everything was very good, staff helpful. Great location with swimmingpools and restaurant with picturesque views. I can’t wait to visit again.

The bathrooms need refurbishment, they are uncomfortable and have an outdated design. Otherwise, the rating would be 10/10.

We loved the location, the inside gardens, and mostly the pool. The apartment was nice, with a beautiful porch. I would have to disagree with many reviews about outdated rooms. Yes, the rooms are not new, but the apartment we had, was clean, spacious, and the shower is small but had no issues.

The food at the restaurant is good but I found it too expensive for the value, also the WiFi needs some booster. It worked only outside on the porch in one corner.

It's a Buitiful location with nice swimming pools. Various activities are available like tennis, table tennis, etc. Good restaurant and pizzeria. Large free parking. Friendly stuff.

The room was much worse than we expected (compared to the photos). It was lower than the ground floor a bit. Bed it very short. So if you are 1.8m or higher it might be a problem for you.The bathroom is horrible and needs complete renovation.No WiFi in the room. Quite good connection in the restaurant or reception. Only Italian sockets in the room.
