Friendly, helpful, clean, great view from room, restaurant available & excellent food & reasonable prices.

Just have to take taxi to get to Montepulciano Town and to & from the train station.

Perfect location. Staff wonderful and breakfast was wonderful.

The pillows could be better.

Good location, only 10 mins away from the Montepulciano Town center. Easy to find and park (it has an overflow parking lot across the street). Friendly stall. Comfortable, spacious room. Good breakfast.

It was quite good overall, minor a couple of nits. The shower is a bit small, but that's not uncommon in Europe. Also, make sure to bring a type C or L adapter for your devices, as this room doesn't have Type F (Schuko) outlets. None of these were deal breakers for us and we would happily stay again.

The Hotel staff was excellent and very attentive and friendly. Everyone enjoyed the breakfasts and the attendents were excellent. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurant next door as it was wonderful food & atmosphere with attentive staff.

The rooms are so very tiny that you had to close the bathroom door to get around the bed. Just wasn't expecting that.

Location

It felt like they did a little bit of false advertising. They use pictures of near by places and if you don’t read carefully, you can think it’s the hotel. The room is very small, smelly and super loud at night. Okay for a one night stay.

Well located, easy to access and they have their own parking spot. They also have a pizzeria downstairs which serves good food and drinks from the region. We were very comfortable and nothing to complain about !

The room was small and outdated, although very clean. The size makes it inconvenient for more than one day stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The room was nice and enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant that night. Easily return to it again. There was a nice cake selection for breakfast in addition to a standard choices.

It is an older hotel with some renovation. The only issue is that the power uses the Italian pin system so you need to use an adapter. There was one on the tv which I used but reception could help if necessary.

It is clean and the room is spacious. The staff is attentive, and the breakfest good.

It was not clear for me that the hotel is in St. Albino, a district near Montepulciano.

The staff in the hotel and attached restaurant were fantastic, attentive and friendly. The room had an attached large balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant for dinner was popular with locals and tourists.

Very high quality hotel! The furniture is in the antique manner, typical of Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and hardworking! The hygiene is at a high level, the breakfast is excellent!

The room was clean and comfortable. It's a bit warm in very hot days but not unbearable. We arrived late due to traffic and check-in was closed, but they arranged for us to get the keys from a safe place, which was very helpful.The location is very good and 10 minutes away from Montepuciano. Parking is also available across the road.Would definitely go back if in the area again

Good location for our plans. We drove to various cities each day. Great parking in a lot across from the hotel. Excellent little pizza place next door. Fun local restaurant just down a few blocks with craft beer.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria at the hotel are pretty nice.
