Very comfy bed, bathtub, helpful staff.

We swam in the pool. We did not pay extra for the spa facilities. The balcony was great. The breakfast was very good!

The worst bed I've ever slept in in my life. I've traveled all over, sleep just fine in plenty of budget accommodations in 45 countries and counting. Bed was so uncomfortable I had to leave after one night. I was in bed 9 hours and only slept less than half that with basically no REM because it was so bad. They even still charged me for some of the other nights and mismanaged my final night which was a separate booking when I cancelled and refused to take any accountability or provide a solution.

The hotel was quite simply furnished but was super clean and had everything you needed. The bed was really comfortable and there was a wonderful view from the little balcony. The staff were really helpful and efficient.

The hotel is old style and could do with some renovation. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was bordering on decent but could be improved by adding more choices. The hotel is conveniently located though and not far from Montepulciano historic center. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Simply awesome! We could park our car in the parking available. The location is wonderful. It is so quiet. I would return...hopefully soon.

Everything! The great location (25 min by foot from historic centre of Montepulciano), the big parking, the infos over whatsapp before arrival, the fantastic view from the balcony, the big clean comfortable room. Didn't have time to use the pool and Spa, but it looked very appealing ?
