    Pros +

    • Great territory, beautiful nature and train)) Food infrastructure, all cleanBig clean beach. Number is also great.Location is good, Bolgheri and Sassicaia is near, and much more great places.Convenient system with mobile app.In the pizzeria there were very good croissants! Big parking.
    • The way the whole place was within the woodland. It was beautifully designed amongst the trees.Lots of great activities for kids and a great atmosphere all round. So many different pools to choose from if one was busy you could always find space at another.Showers were great with great water pressure, beds were comfortable with clean bedding so all got a good night's sleep.
    • Its a nice place to visit for families with kids specially. But in general its a hideaway from the city and chill out in the forest and sea.

    Cons -

    • 1. Need to pay additionally for the sunbeds! It is nonsense, we haven't seen this before in other counties. As a result almost all sunbeds are free and all people (who've paid a lot for the stay!) laying in the sand.2. Bad wi-fi in the number. On the beach there are no wi-fi, even no mobile internet.3. Expensive breakfasts and dinners. You can eat in great places in Bolgheri even cheaper.4. In the end of may - all beach bars were closed. And you need to pay for sunbed anyway)))
    • Mosquitos!!! Not wanting to use deet on our 3 year old we all got seriously bitten. Would benefit from offering mosquito nets (or recommending people bring them) for beds especially for kids beds.We stayed in one of the tent cabins which was great although quite expensive for a week's staying in what was basically a fancy tent.Loved the facilities and the overall feel of the resort. So much for kids to do. Not the most beautiful beach in the world but again there was so much to do the kids absolutely loved it anyway.Definitely need to have warning signs on the hot water taps! The water was scolding hot, not great for kids.
    • The sunbeds are paid.

Very well organised holiday resort with many attractions for children, own beach, numerous amenities (eg. washing machines).

    9TobiasPosted on: 9-18-2024

For the size of the resort, it felt quite and peaceful. Kids loved the kids pool and the splash area.

The buffet restaurant, overpriced and average food.

    8EdgarsPosted on: 9-14-2024

Great location near sea, nice and clean rooms, great bars and pools. Clean seaside.

Territory very big and sometimes hard to locate your cottage. Rooms maybe to small.

    10HarleyPosted on: 9-13-2024

Great for kids, lodges are extremely clean and modern

Was a great stay, would prefer if smoking was banned throughout the park

    7ClaudiaPosted on: 8-13-2024

The facilities at the property are fantastic… loads of pools to choose from and the beach access is great.

The cabins are tiny! No chair/sofa to sit on so you can’t actually view the tv provided. Aircon unit is in the entrance to hard to cool down the rooms. Kitchenette is extremely limited. Only a stove. Would have appreciated a kettle at least.

It's a nice place to vacation. The chalets/cabanas are nice. They really cater to kids in a good way. My son (6 yr old) loved it. Nice beach, the pools are lovely, though we went in August and it's crowded. I don't think I've ever been in a pool with so many other people (I'm American). The food is good enough so that you don't feel like you're getting ripped off, though it's an expensive place. We liked the shows that go on every night (catered to the kids but still fun for adults).

The place requires a learning curve. The first couple days is very easy to get lost. The restaurants require reservations and if you don't know that, the first day sucks as you walk around trying to find food. The pool lounge chairs are hard to come by because it's so crowded. They need to add more. I needed to work some days and the wifi doesn't work inside the cabana, so you have to work outside and it's hot.

    Location and outside space

Second bedroom too small for 2 kids ( bunk beds room)

    3ErkanPosted on: 8-2-2024

    Nature, eco village

Pool is not enough for 640 houses, trains are also not sufficient for internal transport . Sea is also not good

    8AvaPosted on: 8-1-2024

The nature. The facilities for kids. Location. Shops in the resort.

Some of the staff are not very nice. You should work on this part. The pools were closing at lunchtime.

Fantastic family holiday with two teenage girls, they were able to enjoy the facilities and enjoy the beach and pools in

    6AmiraPosted on: 7-11-2024

The location was excellent. It was private, with gates to go out with car. The greenery all around, different pools to use. The staff are AMAZING.

Poor wifi. Struggled a lot with that. The restaurants around the resort, not a lot of options and always need to book (not for the buffet). Did not have much activities for teenagers.

    8GiovanniPosted on: 6-20-2024

    The wood is great

Too many trains and little cars around… driving fast

    8AndrewPosted on: 6-17-2024

Good range of children’s and sporting activities, variety of swimming locations, ease of getting around the site and signage

Supermarket and restaurant prices too high, accommodation comfortable but self catering equipment very basic (no kettle, toaster or oven/microwave)

    10BiljanaPosted on: 6-7-2024

Everything was excellent ???? the cottage was big enough. The environment was superb with everything you need, parks, restaurants and the beach. Our kids loved it! They are 4 and 6 y old. We went in June and it was perfect. Low season and not so crowded. The pool areas were great with everything nearby. There was kidsclub and entertainment every day! Kitchen was well equipped with new spunge and supplies for washing dishes. So great! We stayed for 3 nights but will stay longer next time when we go by car. The taxi is 20 euro from the train station and only 10 minutes away. Everything was great! We will come back again!. Thanks for a great service!

Super kid friendlyLots of wholesome outdoor timeGreat beachLovely pools and facilities for kidsVery well considered and managedBeautiful surroundingsGorgeous Tuscan villages and region to explore

The cost of restaurants and shops really added up. The quality of the food/drink was decent but the pricing was premium.

    5CatherinerosePosted on: 6-2-2024

Absolutely loved the location and the pool facilities. The little train around site was also a lovely addition.

There is no space in the chalets for sitting or cooking. The "kitchenette" it's just a two ring hob. There's no oven or microwave or even kettle. The pools get completely mobbed very quickly and we weren't even there in high season. And there was no kids club due to the fact it wasn't school holidays which is not communicated anywhere! Even there soft play area was closed till June 1st.The food on site is ludicrously expensive. If you can, go off-site to San Vincenzo and eat there. Much better quality for a fraction of the cost. But what annoyed us most was that for an eco resort they use a lot of single use plastic at all the outlets!

    7MdsimsPosted on: 5-30-2024

The Beach was nice, no dogs was perfect, lots of kids running around in a safe environment and the amount of walking was good for the legs

    - smoking allowed everywhere- really expensive restaurants and groceries- extra expenses for everything including towels for a five day stay, lounge chairs, everything! - poorly equipped kitchen in a very small room (for the price) - no cookware- some staff are not well informed
