Campastrello Sport Hotel Residence

great property surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. big space, nice lawn and awesome swimming pool

the facilities inside the room were all dated and many didnt work. 1. the electric lock didnt work so we had to take back the traditional one;2. mattress of our bed was super broken. we passed the night on an unbalanced mattress. very uncomfortable!3. the hair drier in one of the baths was broken 4. fridge was quite dirty inside 5. food in the restaurant was expensive and with very small portion. not worth the price at all.

Family friendly place, great for kids and adults. Lots of places to do sports, run and play, all in the country side, and not too far away from places to visit.Very green, and spacious.

No wifi in rooms or flats. The flat we stayed didnt have air con which doesnt help to keep away mosquitos. They did give us fans and the staff was super helpful and did what they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

great pool, nice food and people

we had no fan in the room and it was a very warm night, many dogs barking in the night. you pay for a lot of amenities which you may not use such as tennis etc when it is a hot day or you stay only one night

Location: close to Bolgheri which is absolutely beautiful!

Airconditioning broken so room was extremely hot at night. Slept terribly because of this and the quality of the beds also didnt help. Shower very old and couldnt even close. Overall a lack of care and maintence of the room.

The location and the premises are fabulous. The garden and the park is absolutely outstanding. The swimming pool is glorious and the bar / restaurant area is very pleasant and spacious. Most of the staff is friendly. It was a nice holiday overall, but far from perfect.

There is an overall lack of care for detail and the maintenance is below expectation. Several things in our apartment were below the 4 star standard, or damaged, and def. below the price relation: (The apt air system is noisy and quite disturbing night, our bed was damaged and not comfortable, one of the two showers was unusable as it was obstructed by limescale). We tried the restaurant (although not included in the package) and we were disappointed. The cooking standard is way below the local level, which is usually excellent in the Castagneto/Bolgheri area. I`ve been told that the restaurant was formerly very good and the cook has changed in recent years and that definitely had an impact. So, before booking, make sure these things are ok.

The very friendly host and the food.

Swimmingpool, plenty of space

We loved our entire stay. The staff is extremely friendly and the accommodation (and surrounding) is amazing.

Cannot name a single thing we did not like
