Hotel was very cozy and pretty. Location was just far enough away from the main area so noise was not an issue, and it was close enough to walk to the fun things

Our room had ants getting inside, nothing too terrible, but it was noticeable. Luckily, they preferred being on the floor rather than crawling into the bed

Absolutely the best breakfast you will have in Scilly! Rooms were large making it a comfortable stay for two people. Location was central to many areas of the city. The new restaurant had great food, we dined in once and really enjoyed our dinners.

The pillows were really uncomfortable! That is it!

Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel is such a charming hidden gem! The team is warm and welcoming, and the beautiful courtyard truly feels like the heart of the property. I also got a sneak preview of their soon to open rooftop and it looks epic. summer would be a good time to revisit!

Climate control in the room was an issue. The room was too warm.

Having breakfast around the pool was such a stellar treat every morning & the breakfast spread was incredible too. The staff was SO helpful & amazing! Especially Vincenze- as he really went above & beyond & made sure that I had all the info I needed, as I had a lot of questions lol, & that I had a comfortable stay.

The shower got water everywhere & it was hard to keep within the confines of just the shower.

This is brand new property with beautiful facilities located in the middle of the historic area of Palermo. Excellent breakfast

The restaurant was wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. It is well located and close to sights and shopping.

As with many European properties, there were many stairs, we weren’t bothered, but a mobility challenged person might have problems.

The pool and spa were amazing!! The location was close to everything we wanted to see. Manu and the front desk were the best customer service representatives. Breakfast was delicious!!

Great quiet location just a 5 minute drive outside the heart of old Trapani. Beautiful home, we had a two bedroom suite in the main house, lovely high ceilings and ample bathrooms. The breakfast and the hosts were very helpful and kind.

Wonderful boutique hotel in an ideal location for visiting Palermo. Room was very comfortable with good air conditioning. The breakfast was fantastic! And the staff was incredible-always responsive and friendly. Made us feel very welcome.

Our shower tended to spill water into the rest of the bathroom but otherwise was quite nice

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. We had a superior double corner room with French doors that open onto the courtyard. The courtyard is quite intimate so it was nice to have large banana fronds just outside filtering our view. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning there. Breakfast attendants though pleasant could do a much better job at greeting and communicating the logistics of their excellent buffet and ordering of eggs from the menu-so easily addressed. Got in the pool one afternoon, the water was cold but the spa bubbles were refreshing. It is small and at least when we were there, there were no lounge chairs, ultimately for us small issues on overall great stay.We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

All staff were super helpful from prior to our arrival to finalize airport transfer to arrival at the hotel & dinner reservation & suggestions. The hour we spent in the spa was heavenly after be g on our feet all day.

Our stay at Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel & Spa was a real highlight of our trip to Palermo. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful - offering great local suggestions, assisting with bookings, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience possible.The hotel itself is full of charm. It has a stylish yet relaxed feel, with beautifully designed interiors and a lovely courtyard that provides a quiet retreat from the busy city. The on-site restaurant is excellent - great food, lovely atmosphere, and the team were more than accommodating with any requests.While the area immediately surrounding the hotel can feel a little grungy at first glance, don’t let that put you off. It’s very typical of Palermo, and as soon as you step through the doors of Casa Nostra, it completely fades away. Inside, it feels like a peaceful oasis - quiet, clean, and full of character.One unexpected bonus was the vibrant local market just a few minutes’ walk away - a great place to soak up local life and pick up some fresh produce or street food. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of most major sights, so it’s perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot.All in all, Casa Nostra offers a wonderful mix of warm hospitality, comfort, and great location. We’d absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting a boutique experience in the heart of Palermo.

I loved the interior design, the amenities and the spa. Breakfast was delicious, location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The property was in a great location. walking distance to the market and anything you could want.

The swimming pool was cold and very, very small—actual swimming was impossible.

Close to the heart of Palermo. Also great breakfast and exceptional staff. The restaurant below was excellent. Kudos for Manu at the front desk, Margaret at breakfast and David at Lumia restaurant.

For some reason you could sometimes smell smoking even though we were on the third floor.

The property is charming, especially the inside courtyard with all the ivy growing up the walls. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff was always very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants.

The Internet was a little spotty over Wi-Fi. My room on the 3rd floor was a little warm.
