I like the location and aesthetics of the room and common areas

The cosa nostra is heavily overpriced... there are many 'hip' designed hotels in palermo and this certainly is, so it capitalizes on this by charging way too much. It's opportunistic and not indicative of the actual service or what palermo has to offer

The staff member I communicated with was very kind and responded quickly to my messages on Booking, which I appreciated.

Woke up with ants crawling on me and found them all over the room. I booked this hotel for the spa, but it wasn’t working — and kids weren’t even allowed in the spa area, which was never mentioned. The breakfast selection was very limited, and both drinks and food ran out. It took quite a while for anything to be restocked.

Wonderful staff!! The restaurant was fabulous. We were also given incredible suggestions for dinner off property. The hotel is beautiful! The cocktails weren't so bad either. : )

The only bummer is the pool is not really used as a pool. The water pressur3e in the shower could have been better.

AC wasn’t functioning; shower leaked into the bathroom; the first day they only made my bed and did not empty the trash or refresh the coffee. They also originally gave me a lesser room than I paid for but they corrected that immediately.

Very cute hotel in Palermo old city, our room was spacious with beautiful painted ceiling. Great breakfast.Very kind and helpful staff at the front desk

Honestly speaking, one of the best experience we've had. Staffs were very friendly and went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From changing rooms (misunderstanding) to arranging airport pickup, restaurant recommendations, etc. Was an awesome stay.

Our reservation was cancelled at the last minute by the hotel. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. They couldn’t provide explanation why the reservation that was booked back in June was cancelled. We had to figure out where to stay at the last minute.

The room was very comfortable, quite modern with lovely Juliette balcony & open doors to the internal garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best bed we’ve had in Sicily. Location was perfect for us.

Perhaps coffee pods in the room would have been nice!

Room very small and Dark with a useless balcony facing a Wall!Wardrobe very small for two persons and no chair in the room.The swimmingpool and Sun chairs? I don’t Think Any Want to use the pool (3x4m) in the middel of the dinning area. Breakfast very simpel and O’Neill coffe machine to approx. 30 guest at time?

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was really enjoyable. great eggs with lovely fresh fruit and pastries.The service in the hotel was second to no Suraj was so helpful and friendly and gave us great tips to be able to find somewhere to eat. 10/10

some toast available for breakfast would be nice but the bread was fantastic.

The room was spectacular. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The courtyard breakfast was wonderful. Brilliant setting and delicious fresh food. Highly recommended.

- great location close to all main sights of Palermo - lovely breakfast, great choice of food and great quality ingredients (only suggestion would be to provide barista made coffee rather than machine)- setting for breakfast in the courtyard is lovely - all staff seemed lovely and helpful

- our room was in the building adjacent to the main hotel, which was undergoing construction on the ground floor - gave it a slightly unfinished feel and more like staying in an Airbnb than hotel - would suggest the hotel are upfront with the fact there is construction work- room not as luxurious as you would expect for the price

No privacy in the bathroom.

The staff were super friendly. The surrounding looked a lil sketchy but the hotel itself is amazing and the breakfast buffet is soooo good.

The pool was tiny and so we didn’t end up using and the children said it gave them at itch
