    Pros +

    • The location was great, the included breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was great and helpful. I was happy they had a lift. The 6 euro airport bus drops you off and will pick you up a minute walk from the hotel. This I believe is the best way to and from the airport.
    • The location is very central and easy to get from the Airport, as the airport shuttle bus stop is two steps away from the building. Also, staff were very nice.
    • We loved how eclectic it is. The breakfast was wonderful too.

    Cons -

    • It will be noisy if you have a room on via Roma but the view will be great. Running the fan in the air conditioning helps block out the street noise.
    • The hotel facilities doesn't meet the price rate at all, we had to book one night stay in a hurry and may be this was the reason.
    • Mildew in the shower and the drain wasn’t secure.

Not much. The photos on Booking.com don’t show the truth about the hotel.

I booked a double room, but was alone. So they gave me a a tiny single room in which you can get depressions! I insisted to get my double room, so they gave me one, which had mold in the bathroom and absolutely weak Wi-Fi.

Good locationBad rooms, not clean and there are stairs between the rooms

    4VyaraPosted on: 11-8-2024

The bathroom was fully renovated so this is the obly positive in the room.

The room needs renovation. The furniture is outdated, and the overall appearance of the space is not appealing. Some of the beds are made of metal, and the absence of curtains—only wooden blinds are present—does not enhance the room’s atmosphere. The current design gives off a vibe reminiscent of a communal hospital setting.

    location

we booked double room but when we arrived the hotel receptionist gave us 4 single bed room. That’s fine but when we arrived the room. i noticed one of the bed is broken, impossible to sleep. i immediately told the receptionist and he took the photos but he did not offer us any other room. there was a bunk but there is no stairs. Breakfast was not bed but staff was so rude. When i report to booking.com, hotel said that we never report to them which is not true. Also, booking.com is not on your back in such a situation. This hotel is such a scam.

that we found a hotel last minute, we needed a bed for 1 night, we got it. we didn't sleep in that hotel but the 55 (technical problem)

cleanliness (stains everywhere), the check in was very long, they struggled to find a room, it was a cheap hotel in a cheap city but not a cheap price. It's fine if you need a back plan for 1 night but not for a long stay.

The saddest and baddest experience so far.

They have two hotels and they obliged me to move to another one declaring that at the 38 Aida there were no rooms. I booked and they confirmed it but told me only once physically there. Without a car and being a woman I asked for help and assistance. It was lat by night and the other hotel is in a discutable area where you can walk alone by night. I booked as I have to travel the next day early.. they were four at the reception but none efficient to find safe solutions for the client. I don't advise it at all. Clean room but I have no idea as I collapsed to sleep after all that stress... And I slept only three hours as I had to discuss everything for more than two hours with all of them and it was stupid. The breakfast starts at 07:00 so you pay for no breakfast too if you have early trains, buses, planes. Never ever.

I’ve now sent 3 messages saying our room was unlocked and broken into, it was two single beds and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I have pictures.

The location was only good thing

I knew it was cheap based on the booking, but the images of the hotel and reality are different. The only image that was accurate was of the lobby. The room we had looked nothing like the pictures displayed. The bathroom was completely different, and the floors and windows were horrible. The terrace was shared with the whole floor, which wasn't bad except it was also the laundry rack, AC water collection, and two fridges that were loud and sounded like they would blow up.

Don't be scared from the lift?Reception is good, location is also ok. For one night is good but not for long stay. Bathroom looks new, they clean everyday room.

Room was old, floor was worn out, room had one old cabinet, the bathroom door had no paneling, breakfast poor- doesn't look like on photo

    Excellent location and fantastic staff?

The equality of price and accommodation differed diametrically. It did not work in room 406 WHIFI, the equipment was almost nonexistent and the smell of garbage was 24/7

    Be careful with this hotel

Be careful with this hotel. I booked with booking.com in december 23 for one night. Arriving at the hotel, we discover that the hotel is actually closed. A bit surprised, we call the property and they say that they would accomodate us to another hotel in another neighborhood of the city. We decline and ask for refund, since it's not our fault that they take reservation for a closed hotel. They reply that they can't refund, but they can offer a voucher. Booking.com helps us canceling the reservation without fees, but...In January 2024 I discover, even more surprised, that the property charged my credit card for the reservation that was canceled for free!Thank god booking.com helped and followed-up on the issue and I got back my money. Though, it took lot of time and headaches.

Very good location. Good value for money. Helpful staff.

Obviously is not a luxury stay but for the price is more than enough.

    10HelenetheresePosted on: 11-26-2023

There were no sheets on the bed. We had to make our own bed

    I don’t speak italiano yet

Good location. Extreamly small room, but well cleaned. Friendly staff, but with poor English

Smell of mold was terrible. Door in the shower was not protecting the water from flooding whole floor in the bathroom. Bed was very small, all furnitures are very old. The window was not possible to be closed, so noise from very crowdy street was not decreased anyhow. Moreover there was no sunlight getting to the room due to small window coming directly to the wall.

    Disappointing

They put me in a room of inferior range than I had booked. When I told them they put me alone in a 4 bed …The lift is scary

Close to the city centreCosy bedBig roomBig wardrobeGood breakfast

Room looks like in the hospitalBig problem with parking! - hotel says there is public parking nearby, but it was basicly non-existent, full all the time... If its not reserved for guest, they shouldn't say it in the description!

    Location was good

Building has very old elevator. Manual doors, so it has to alway be closed. If someone forgets to close it then will not work, so will have to take stairs, and hotel is on 3rd floor so many flights of stairs.
