Very clean. Nice staff. In a great location for seeing the Palermo Cathedral and other points of intersection.

Felt like a dormitory. The walk from the elevator to my room was very long.

Nice clean remodeled room. Good rate. Looked like a university student housing, but clean with private bathrooms. Good breakfast at their cafeteria w generous food. Free parking. Good location close to town center.

Location is great, close to main attractions. Very close to train station Pallazo Reale-Orlean, which is very convinient for airport transfers. Room is spacious, new and clean.

Bathroom shower is quite small, looks like designed for students only )))

Laundry machines were cheap. The staff was very helpful. Walking distance to the palace.

The shower was tiny, and they were doing construction in front of the hotel.

Closing the old town and walkable to anywhere! Best of parts is free parking beside the hotel.

I stayed here for a few days and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, especially if you need to reach the university — it's just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent, though fairly simple — enough to start the day, but nothing particularly special. All in all, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Palermo, especially for university-related visits.

It is a college housing facility. Not an issue for us but not noted in the description.

Camplus is very nice accommodation- close to all Palermo attractions, nice restaurants and parking in front od hotel is free. Stuff is so friendly and it is not a problem if you are coming late, late check-in. Breakfast is also really nice. Room was very clean.

Difficult to find due to the road construction. Limited choice of breakfast. Seems the staff was reluctant to prepare what there should be.

Location,very safe and clean hotel and good organized in side.Just on the back yard of Roman palace and Palazzio Reale.

Breakfast was same every day and guests haven't free access to the main dish in breakfast -eggs ,which were always like for 5-6 people in the hotel for more than 100 guests my be.Every morning somebody instead guests decides how much eggs to put in your dish,which is very strange and unpleasant.But coffee was one of the best in the world Julius Meinl.So please change this strange service in the breakfast,all other is nice!!!

I needed to be in central Palermo near the Palatine Chapel, so this place ticked the box. The room was very functional. Everything was present and working, but it felt more like a student place than an actual hotel (probably the Camp(l)us concept). I have slept and eaten and was close to where I needed to be.

For this price however, I had expected a more cosy place. The breakfast buffet is a kind of canteen where nothing is very tasty. My (expensive) bike could not stay inside my room. I needed to leave it in an open courtyard. For me that's a red flag.

One receptionist fairly rude. I had enquired twice about the taxi to the airport & was told quite clearly to come 5 mins before needing.I did this to be told that I should have booked in the morning …told the woman I had asked in morning but she was quite short & kept blaming me!Same woman moaned when we went down for clean towels as none replaced!

Property is on very convenient location very near to train station. Also it is very close to historical center near to one of the most important streets for tourists (Via Vittoria Emanuele). We definitely enjoyed on our stay. Room vas spacious, like on the images. It was very clean. Stuff was very friendly and warm to guests. Even the fact that building is actually mini student campus didn’t cause any problem with noise.

Although breakfast was fine, it would not hurt to add more variety of food. Maybe some vegetables or salads.

Location, location, location! Very close the places of interest with a free parking and just outside ztl. Great stuff! I left my wedding ring in the room, and got it back!

Skylight is not the same as the photo...Had to complain with the receptionist to get the room upgraded to the one we ordered.
