Alma Hotel

The owners were very nice and helpful. The hotel is nicely located. The breakfast is good. The room was spacious enough.

Our room was above a very noisy street--scooters, trucks, sirens going by practically non-stop. Also, our room was next to the balcony (or room?) where people smoked and we often smelled that in our bathroom.

The staff were very helpful. The location was somewhat central.

Noisy and way too crowded. We had a car which was a big mistake here. The staff had a place to have it parked for a fee but then even trying to double park nearby to load luggage was challenging.

The reception and the staff was outstanding. The location was superb and within walking distance of most other the major attractions. It's an older hotel that I think has had a recent facelift but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The refrigerator was a nice amenity.

The room was a bit too small.

The Alma Hotel is a gem! The staff were professional and kind an elevated hospitality experience! The hotel is perfectly located near the shopping and restaurants area! This establishment was clean with modern amenities! The breakfast was delicious! They offered fresh fruits with an array of Sicilian pastries! This hotel exceeded my expectations!

They were able to get us a gluten free breakfast. Wonderful basket with gluten free items plus specially prepared fresh fruit bowls. The breakfast staff were amazing as well as the front desk staff who arranged our airport transfer and check in.

The staff has a good service attitude and is very enthusiastic about sharing delicious restaurants.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor, the walls are not made of cement, and you can often hear the sound of the neighbors and the sound of pulling chairs. The bathroom smelled and the sink was a bit clogged.

Lack of parking lots nearby the hotel. The hotel staff hepls to transfer the car to an external parking which is paid daily

Cute boutique hotel with convenient parking. Although small rooms, they were efficient. Breakfast was included although we did not partake. It’s located 7-10 minute walk from Main Street where all the action/food/shops are.

The outside of the building is not what you would expect.

Hotel is on a one way very busy street. If you are driving it’s hard to find the hotel as the sign is under HOTELS because there are many in one building. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave our car on the street to be parked by their valet, must reserve. The breakfast was ok.

We were very disappointed when they returned our car to find out that all our stuff on the back seat was moved around and that they went through every bag. Nothing was taken, but the thought that they were looking and going through our belongings was disturbing. The hotel really should address this issue.

Location is excellent close to the Theatre Massimo and the archeological museum. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you need. Breakfast was very good with very good gluten free options for one of us. We wanted a quiet room and got that. Bed was comfy.

Only thing was the room was a very monochrome grey and being on the inner courtyard the result was a bit gloomy.

Staff were really attentive and the location was great. The room was like a mini apartment which was nice and had some facilities we were not expecting. On the last day my partner sprained her ankle and the hotel helped with ice and allowed us to bring breakfast up to our room.

The cleanliness of the room and that all the staff were so friendly.

Room was great, roomy and comfortable. Location right center of town. STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE !!!!! could not have been better,,,seemed to truly care about our stay. Parking was valet and reasonable. Very good breakfast with choices. Would pick Alama Hotel again!
