Staff was lovely. The hotel is in a very convenient area but off the main roads so it was quiet. Rooms were a great size including the bathroom.

The lighting in the room could have been brighter. Even with all of the lights on it was too dark

Internet in the rooms is very weak. Not enough sockets to charge electronic devices from the bed heads.Not rnough fruits at breakfast.There could be more proactive suggestions for restaurants and activities from the hotel.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of great options. The food appeared fresh and the service of the staff was great.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to a few unresolved issues. The most concerning was the water quality—both the sink and shower produced brown water. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist and was informed it was due to a city-wide issue and that I should let the water run for 5–10 minutes. After running it for 20 minutes with no change, I returned to the front desk and was advised to let it run for an hour. Even after doing so, the water remained discolored, and I ultimately chose not to shower during my stay. No alternative solution was offered by the staff. Images uploaded and this was after allowing the water to run for an 1 hour. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortable. Although the AC was set to 19°C, the room remained quite warm throughout my stay.I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both the facilities and the guest experience.

I only had wifithe last night, very spotty on 4th floor

That location was terrific. The hotel is close to the main sites as well as to shopping areas. It also has many restaurants nearby. The location and reasonable price would be the main reason for staying here. The front desk staff was professional, but I wouldn’t say friendly. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Two complaints about the room. It is dark especially the bathroom. Additionally. the temperature control never really seemed to work and this would be a huge problem in the summer. Breakfast was very good.

breakfast and kitchen overall are really bad. tablewares were not clean, glasses were smelling disgusting. scrambled egg was the worst i have ever ate. don't want to mention the tomatoes... i think they were 2 days old.

Location

Tiny mini fridge, hardly any plugs, no proper lighting, situated below restaurant so heard the scraping of chairs in the morning. It was a soul less hotel, I would go somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Very good quality and spacious. Quite central as well. Breakfast was really good.

The location is perfect in the centre of town. Breakfast was very good and the room large with comfortable beds.

We could hear every thing that was said and done in the next room. They had an alarm that went off at 7 and rang for 10 minutes - every morning. It really sounded like the alarm was ringing in our room.

The location was probably just about ok but there was little else to like.

The weather was very hot so it was important that we had good air conditioning, we didn't, and we had to repeatedly ask reception to sort it out. There was no lounge area and the restaurant was closed during our stay, the bar was tucked away in a dark corner and the hotel was very dark and dreary, as was our room which looked out onto a block of flats.

The staff were pretty uninterested The wifi didn't work in our room; they did nothing about it. We booked a taxi through the front desk to take us to the airport very early in the morning. We double checked that the taxi had been booked and the receptionist was fairly dismissive. When we got up at 4.45 we found there was no taxi. It had been recorded in the book but never actually booked. Luckily the night receptionist managed to find us a very speedy driver as a replacement.

Large room, nice place, good quality forniture

During night there was noise in the room, like air flowing in tubes (not from the bath). It was quite annoying. I was at the 4th flour. And (awful) no electrical socket near the bed!

The hotel is lovely and the location is a very good one. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

No coffee in the room. Wait staff seemed disorganized. The room was extremely warm.
