Everything, really. The reception people were outstanding, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and like new.

Absolutely clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, beds were soooo comfortable and it was clean.

Location near the port was not great but we were only there overnight for a cruise.

Very nice staff and great room reasonably priced a 10 mn walk from the center.

The breakfast /commo.b area could be a bit updated but the food was great.

they gave us a attic room with a window in the ceiling only, there was no view of any kind I asked for a better room and I was told there werent any the air condition did not work and we couldn't leave the roof window open because of mosquito invation also in case of rain

Very nice hotel lovely staff, area was awful , area very poor, lots of rubbish.. ten minute walk to designer shops..

Walking there we got several slices of local life: impoverished on one street, bougie on another. It got us our of the touristic center to get a better feel for the place.

Good location, specifically if You travel by car, easy to find and drive in, - and this hotel has a nice and secure open parking space at the back, easy accessible from the hotel. Rooms are well designed, in classic style and warm white colours. Large shower. Good bed and linen. Airy. Management was very kind and helpful. Old city and all touristic attractions starts less then 1 km walk away.

We didnt experience any noise from the street, but the door at our room (2nd floor nearby lift) wasnt much isolated from the sounds at the lift or lobby. No much trouble anyway. Missed the electric tea pot in the room, but got free hot tea from the breakfast kitchen.

The area is not the best or cleanest with alot of rubbish on the floor, location is slightly on the edge but within 10 - 15 minutes you can be in the centre.Breakfast was adequate with alot of pastries and cakes as you would expect in Palermo. Only negative for us was the heat in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable, They seemed reluctant to put the aircon on at this time of year.

This hotel is located in the center of Palermo, close to the port but also close to the central street and theaters. But the streets around the hotel are dirty and smelly. Otherwise, there is safe parking (private), the staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Our experience was below what we expected from a four star hotel.

Location is easy to find close to Centro Storico in Palermo. Huge advantage is the parking behind gates.Staff was great and helpful.

The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! everyone was very helpful and kind. The manager even escorted my friend and I to the Wonderful restaurant next to the hotel with instructions to “ treat us well!” Loved our stay

Appt was not at all like we booked, no hot tub, no living room, completely different than photos, so ended up having a room but paying for an appt. Not good.
