The place is super pleasant, the rooms are big and very comfortable, the host were very friendly and helpful. Highly rec

The size of the room was alright but the heating was not working, towels were too old, no Bidet in bathroom, balcony was dirty.

Besides the unclean room, the staff was friendly and fast responding and it was a good room for value.

When I arrived, the room was not cleaned. Towels from old guests were hanging still wet and a used glass. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I wrote the Hotel immediately. They didn't offer me another room or a refund. I was unhappy with this.

I always book hotels because I don’t know when I’ll arrive, I wanted to drop my bags early, but it’s not staffed until 9-12. Not sure if you can leave bags after your stay. You would probably have to find a left luggage station.

Easy place to explore the city from. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Hosts helpful with check in instructions and organised a taxi to the airport when we left. Some good places to eat nearby.

The balcony was damp underfoot and a little musty.

room was right next to reception desk. very loud in the early morning, and disrespectful to guests sleeping and privacy. they did not have accomodation for separate twin beds. if it's not available, it shouldn't be an option to choose.

The Bio Hotel is in an excellent location. All your immediate needs are within walking distance. Great food, great shopping, laundry facilities and amazing architecture and history. Palermo is one of the most incredible places I've ever been in my life. I also liked the fact that it was a small hotel with a limited amount of guests. The hotel was quiet ,clean and I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't really care for was when we lost power for a time and of course we lost the water too. But they got it fixed as quickly as possible. These things do happen on occasion. The only other negative thing I can say is I should have gotten a room with one queen size bed because the two small beds are more for children than adults, but that was my mistake.

Simple but very adequate for a short stay. All clean and within easy reach of the old city, theatre etc

Just the location!

This barely “Hotel” is located at the 7floor in a hude bilding. It is more apartment bilding than a hotel! The furnirute is so, so old and cheap. Bed is the most uncofortable ever- you can not even stand up not to awake the partner.There is so much humidity in the room and in the toilet- you can not be in the room withouth opened windor/door.Noice,noice, noice- you can literally hear the people breating in the other room, you can hear how the ‘receptionist’ (who is btw there only between 9-12h and is nowhere mentioned when you book the “hotel”) writing oh his taskbar!The maids are barely cleaning, very much dust in the room, totaly forgiven plants on the balcony..

The hotel was really central and in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk from the main sights. The room was clean and spacious, with a generous balcony. The manager, Alessio, was so helpful too.

Some of the facilities are showing signs of wear and tear.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, convenient to central area with sights. Great host.

No bidet, no breakfast, usually no staff on site, but very responsive.

In our room, one of the window do not have a lock and can be open from outside, not very safe considering the other connected baconyWe got 1 toilet paper for our full 3 night stay. It was finished on the 3rd day, room was cleaned but no replacement was providedWe put our dirty towels, full of sweat + makeup on the floor to be replaced, cleaning person just put them back on the bathropm rack with the very obvious makeup stains and partly wet when we came back to our roomNo one is here past noon if we need help with somethingThe other building is so close that we can see inside their place and they can see us too so we could not open any curtain for privacy reason

Walls not the thickest

Good location, good bus transport around it, aircon worked and nice shower. Had a big balcony also.

Didn’t see a staff member during stay - everything is ‘virtual’. It is situated on the 7th floor (we were not informed of this beforehand) and there is a lift but it is very old and slow. Rooms were clean but marks on walls. Would be ok for one or two nights.
