Nice, modern hotel, good breakfast

The hotel is located in a rather rundown area

The room was big and the shower

The staff are weird they wake me up ro clean the room i say no they call me ask me if i want to clean the room i said i don’t want cleaning untill i leave they kept calling me everyday to clean

We had two adjoining, very cosy rooms for the three of us. The place was very clean and orderly. The noise from the water pump can be bothersome sometimes, otherwise, we had a perfect stay. Thank you!

The funny escalator could accommodate one person only, no problem really.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the location is very close to a lot of other locations like Palermo station. Totally recommend!

The man at the front desk was very nice. He was the same guy who needed to come the first night at 11 PM to try to fix our air conditioner. The electronic check-in process was easy for our after hours arrival.

The location, the neighborhood. It didn’t have a 24 hour front desk, but this may have been my fault. The air conditioning was terrible. We came in sweating and we left sweating.

It was close to the train and bus station

The shower curtain needs to be replaced; it has mildew on the bottom. There was a dog staying there, barking a lot. The neighbourhood around the hotel was filled with garbage. Too much money for where this hotel was. And the picture of the hotel was put through a beautiful filter; it was very run down in real life.

My mother and I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel for a week to be close to my father, who was undergoing surgery at ISMETT in Palermo. Despite the circumstances, our experience at the hotel was truly comforting.The hotel is impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed us to rest and recharge. The internet connection was reliable and fast, making it easy for me to keep up with work during our stay.A special mention goes to Emanuele and Giuseppe at the reception — two genuinely kind and attentive men who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. Their warmth and readiness to assist with any request were invaluable during a challenging time.I wholeheartedly recommend the Hospitality Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo. It truly lived up to its name — offering genuine hospitality when we needed it most.

The hotel is located in a quite dirty area. Unless we are here for business reasons, I highly disrecommend staying in this city for over 1 night for tourism reasons... depressive....

The rooms are modern. Reception very friendly and helpful.

There is mold in the bathroom and the room was not cleaned very clean

Close to bus/train station, walking distance (20 min) to old town. Not so loud, even it is close to the hospital, no ambulance was heard. We have room for 3 people, therefore there was additional bed in the second "room", so it was a little separate. The room looked nice and new.

Palermo is full of trash, so at first the area does not look nice, however I think around the hotel it was safe. The windows was not really soundproof, but in the evening it was rather quiet area.

The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean and the daily clean was thorough.

The staff (Giovanni) was very helpful and nice. Breakfast surprisingly good for 7€ per Person. The room was clean and they cleaned It daily. Very good value for the money.

The location was a bit far from the city centre but still walkable so not a big issue.

Staff were nice. Easy to check in & out. Good value for money as very cheap deal. Room was good - bathroom was nice and great shower, bed was good but had to ask for new pillow as ones they gave us felt horrible, quite a small area but plenty of storage.

Breakfast was poor. We only had it in the first day then bought food from local cafes for the rest of the holiday. Lots of noise from hallway, walls to hallway are paper thin so all noise comes through. Otherwise noise was fine. Aircon was a bit temperamental. Area was around 15-20 min walk from centre band not much nearby but easy to get to train station. Had to pay €40 city tax at end of stay which we weren’t aware of.

Room very spacious, simple check in and check out, nice home feeling. 15 min walk from centre of Palermo. The room was wheelchair accessible.

Next to the hospital so you listen to the emergency sound quite often but is not a big deal, we got used to it.

It was clean and cool throughout. Beds were big and comfy, although it was 2 singles.

I didn’t like how the patio area. Was only cleaned once while we were there. Is kinda claustrophobic

Clean rooms and really friendly and helpful staff. We felt welcome and got all help or assistance we needed.

We had also breakfast, some fresh items such as fruits or legumes would have been nice.

Nice small hotel in a quite location, no noise at night which is important to me as a light sleeper. 10 minutes walk to Central train and bus station and historic area. Nice breakfast to start the day. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Bed was a bit hard

Staff was helpful at times but I don’t know they gave me the worst room on purpose. I had a week long stay they could have given me a more comfortable room.

Smelly rooms, chipping wall paint, bugs and cockroaches, how can they call themselves a 3 star hotel?? I don’t know if I was given the worst room but it was near the reception and I couldn’t hear everything from my room.

The triple room actually has one room with a double bed and one more with a single. Both even have TV to it. It was the best triple room setup actually which I have ever seen so far.

The location is not far from the center but not very pleasant itself.
