A decent breakfast in an excellent location and with wonderful and very professional staff, especially Luciano.

There is no transportation service from the airport to the hotel.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist even gave me instructions to reach my original destination without any hesitation even though I checked in at 2 AM. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. I recommend it.

Poor breakfast, terrible coffee. I could have been cleaner. A lot of noise in the early morning.

The staff were amazing, Luciano was extremely helpful and even had us upgraded. Normal breakfast hours were brought forward so that we could catch our early morning flight.

The location is the big advantage of this hotel. Very close to all the places of interest and near the bus stop for the airport.

The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast with sweets options, no hot meals, no eggs.

The position was good. We could walk to everything. It was 90 euros to put the car in the garage right by the hotel for 3 nights but very handy.

I got very bitten in the room. The room was not refreshed after our 2nd night.

The hotel location is very close to the hustle och busel, yet it is located in a calm area. The rooms were very clean, recomend adding a water cattle in the room. The breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs could be better, though. Good variety of cakes. Staff were very helpful and gave great advice regarding the bus lines. We stayed for 3 days and shall book it again vid our next visit to Palmero. Great value for money.

It’s in an excellent location, close to most relevant places in downtown Palermo.

One of the elevators was out of service, but surely they’ll have it fixed soon.

The WiFi didn't work. Could connect but Speed was less than one MB all of the time. Breakfast is ok but you have to like sweets. Savory side is not good. No hot breakfast. No safe key available during our stay.

Very old fashioned hotel.No sound proof.Matresses have never been changed-see picture.one small elevator for a 10 floor building.

The friendly welcome, the spatious (if very modestly furnished) room, the perfect location, and the very reasonable price.

The hotel is a bit old and worn on the edges. No problem for me, but perhaps something to keep in mind if you're a picky customer. You enter the rooms from the street rather than through the reception, but there is a locked door to enter each floor so security should be okay.
