Pros +
- Excellent location to all the sights and restaurants. The rooms have been recently updated with the very latest amenities. Very comfortable. Would stay again at this hotel.
- Location was great! Walking distance to historic area. Lots to do and see. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
- the room, location was perfect, breakfast quite good, enough for 2 nights, the staff was helpful , especially the receptionist (I forgat his name unfortunatelly), parking possibility right under the hotel
Cons -
- The staff does not speak English so sign language is necessary or translator app on cell phone if you have special request like "Where can I have my hair done?" For regular check-in duties they are quite efficient. Also would be nice to get BBC on TV.
- Breakfast was very poor. It was mostly pastries, bread, and cereal. Need more fruit options. I can’t eat gluten or dairy, so not much for me. A hard boiled egg and apple is not much for breakfast . Also, it was very noisy. Room walls were thin. Guests in neighboring rooms were very loud and kept me from sleeping.
- TV was a little small and couldn't find any channels in English for international travelers but that's not a big deal. Shower vent motor was a bit dirty and could use a cleaning. Overall it's a good place to stay since you are only there to sleep and should be gone all day to see the city and sights.

Location, location, location. This hotel is perfectly situated just outside the pedestrian zone so it's easy to reach by vehicle. it is steps away from the Teatro Massimo and the heart of the pedestrian tourist area. You cannot beat the location. The breakfast was adequate, with some sliced meats and cheese, pastries, juice and few other cold items, typical for Europe. Elevators worked well the whole time, street noise was very minimal despite a few restaurants below.

Only location
Front desk was so unfriendly. I would never stay there again except for the location I would rate it a two-star at best. The room with very very small. The size of a cell. Couldn't get the windows open the safe locked itself nobody could open it for a day. Tried to call the front desk no one answered .There was no indication on the phone how to reach the front desk they should had instructions to call 9 for the front desk. there was no message. The chair had a hole in it and the drywall on the wall was in desperate need of repair. The room was cold and the ratty blanket in the closet ooked like it had been used by way too many peopleWhenever we ask for help we were put off . They cater to Italian speaking guests. Tthe breakfast is nothing to speak of. When you don't feel welcome and people stare and glare at you and don't even say hello it's not a possibility for a second stay. The older man with the white hair behind the front desk during the day was about his unfriendly as they come couldn't even manage to smile for a hello or anything other than glaring.
The room was spacious and clean
The air conditioning does not work at this time of the year. The pillows were very flat, quite uncomfortable.
Location is incredibly good, right on pedestrian area, but has its own parking for 25 euro that can be very conveniant, spacious room, helpful stuff
Location was very good.
The air conditioner did not work at all, the WiFi was bad, the stove in the kitchen couldn’t be turned on,For our four nights, the room was not cleaned, and bed sheets and towels were changed only once.Since the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was very stuffy, we tried to sleep with the windows open, but it was very noisy.
As part of the hotel, parking garage for me was a big plus. Excellent location, put the car away and walk to all points of interest and City bus tours.
Breakfast room is not large enough during peak times or if the hotel is full, had to wait for a table to become available.
Location is terrific in the middle of everything. The room is very clean and the staff is very good.
If you want 70° temperature the AC does not make the room as cool as you would like. I brought fans and it was helpful.
The location is good, very close to the main center and shopping streets
The AC is non existent, our room only cooled 2f from 79f to 77ff. We had a hot stay. I asked the reception for another room, however they said all rooms run off the same AC. Unless you like to sleep in a sauna, I suggest picking another hotel during the hot summer months.
So the hotel has traditional hotel rooms and then what we would consider suites in the U.S. we booked a suite which came with a kitchen. For the money we spent, we got an AMAZING bargain. The room as spacious and comfortable. We stocked the refrigerator with snacks and drinks so we could kick back and relax in the evenings. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, opting instead to get coffee out and have it with fresh danish and yogurt we purchased the day before. It made for relaxed and quiet mornings. The street outside is busy into the early hours so we had to sleep with the windows closed at night. But we had some nice breezes to cool it off in the evening since it was too early for air conditioningThe hotel is convenient to the historical district, the harbour and shopping. There are lots of restaurant options nearby and bodegas to pick up small things you might need. The room was not well stocked so we bought body wash, tissues and some other comforts we needed. If you plan to use the kitchen, I suggest getting a small dish soap and wash pad. Again, there are lots of nearby places to get those things as well as fresh ingredients if you want to prepare meals.
The elevator was really small and tight. Not much the hotel can do about that and fortunately traveling with friends, we managed to navigate it just fine.
The family room was spacious, and despite being very close to the shopping area, it was pleasantly quiet inside. The location was perfect — just steps from bus 101, which takes you to the central station or connects with other buses like the 806 to Mondello. The hotel offers a basic breakfast, which was good enough to start the day — and you'll definitely want to save some room for all the delicious treats the city has to offer!
There was no tea or coffee maker in the room, although this was clear from the list of amenities. Still, I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t even a shared hot water dispenser on each floor or at least in the breakfast room. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind enough to provide me with a small kettle of hot water from the espresso machine. Also, the handwashing sink in the bathroom was severely clogged - this should be an easy fix and I hope this will be addressed soon.
Good location, bus stop 3' away and only a few stops to all main sitesSpacious room, we had a three bed room, with VERY comfortable bedsThey also kept our luggage until we could check in so that we could go to the food market which was a big plus
Breakfast was ok but was missing a lot of thingsWhen we entered the room there was a wall light literally hanging by its cables but they fixed it the next day
The studio was great, plenty of space and kitchen facilities, albeit a bit sparse. Great location.
Thé wifi of thé hôtel is unsecured so not great.
The breakfast was very goof – surprisingly varied for a typical Italian breakfast. A particularly thoughtful touch was the takeaway breakfast prepared for me due to our early departure.
The hotel room was absolutely fine – comfortable and clean. Perhaps a slight renovation wouldn’t hurt, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
Located on a quiet street, closed for traffic. Very near the city center. Beds are comfortable. In the bathroom is soap and shower gel.
Breakfast lacks some more non sweet options - some vegetables and some whole grain bread.
Location, cleanliness, mattress
No view, very poor breakfasts, bad coffee
The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and understanding. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. ?
It was a good stay in this hotel. WiFi was on high speed, room was clean. The personel was very helpful and nice. Location is perfect for walking around the city on foot. Breakfast was also tasty, it was something sweet but not only, You could make a sandwich also. It was a really good stay for me
