Staff were excellent ,we only speak English and staff were great. Excellent location,great breakfast ,if you like Italian breakfast

The help, maid service and the girls that served the cheap buffet breakfast were hard workers! Some of the desk people were sometimes helpful! The hotel is very OVERPRICED and OvERRATED!

The toilet seat was brown on the edge from over abuse! Terrible breakfast! VERY OVERPRICED! Im 122 lbs and 5’1”. How does a man fit into the shower when my arms kept opening the old overused screeching metal doors on the shower? I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! Very overpriced and overrated! Im very disappointed in Booking.com. I would like my money back!

Had a great stay. Location was very good with options of restaurants and bars nearby. Got an upgrade upon arrival so we had very big room. Reception staff was great!

I’d like to share some feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. Even though I made my reservation well in advance, I was told at check-in that only one room was available and that this was the only option I could take.When I got to the room, I saw that it faced the back of the building and had no sheer curtains. Because of this, I couldn’t open the blackout curtains without losing all privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time, which really affected my comfort during the stay.

Large room with good facilities.

I only stayed one night and it was a Friday, so party night. The area is very noisy and the windows not particularly sound proof so I had a very restless night.

lovely room. very comfortable bed. spotless clean. Breakfast was disappointing, very poor quality bread. only one coffee/tea machine, not enough for the overcrowded dining area in the morning. cold eggs. Poor choice of fruit and no room to move around the self service area.

We arrived early due to ferry coming in at 8am the receptionist was really nice and understanding. She let us check in early so that we didn't have to wait around. This was really good on her behalf and she deserves credit for it. I can't remember her name but she had red hair.

Breakfast set up is a bit of a shambles as it's positioned around columns and tables, you have to duck and dive to get to it. The staff serving breakfast were really good although the scrambled egg ran out and wasn't replaced during our meal.

Location was OK within easy walking distance of Teatro Massimo and other areas of the old town.

The website shows an attractive outside area for drinks/food with sun umbrellas - this does not exist - we could find no sign of it. The room was directly facing an apartment building opposite and therefore we had to keep the curtains closed all day for privacy. The bathroom and shower were small. Breakfast sometimes was chaotic with the coffee machine in a corner close to the juice machine, therefore sometimes queues for both of them getting in each other's way.

Very nice accommodation. Clean and towels changed every day. Room service, tea and coffee in the room, water and juice always available at the reception. Value for money. Helpful staff. Great location. Airport shuttle very close. Would stay again.

The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Uncomfortable bed in a very basic room. The aircon didn't go below 18 degrees. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
