The attention to every detail was incredible, from the comfort of our room to the design of the building to the breakfast. The dinner we had was the best meal we had in Palermo!

The staff here is exceptional; friendly, good-humored, and knowledgeable. The staff made the stay better than expected. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and the hotel's common areas are lovely and spotless. The room was large, comfortable, also spotless, and the bed was cozy with soft linens and good pillows. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with a varied selection and excellent coffee. Love it!

The room is decent size for suits. Breakfast is good. Bathroom is new modern and super nice with the toilet water gun.

I booked for 3 nights for 4 rooms. 1 week before my arrival. They said they got black out with booking system and over booked our room and they need us to move hotel which at first they offer us to stay in other town, after many talk and discusstion they manage to put us in the hotel next door.

Excellent location, clean and roomy and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would most probably stay there for our next visit to Palermo.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful showing us a map of the city and calling a taxi when requested. The location overall was very good, and I felt safe in this location walking around late at night too. We had trouble navigating the street of Palermo getting disoriented several times, so being close to major attractions was a plus. This was a good choice for our first time in Palermo.

We could not get the sauna in the room to work, but that was our fault. We didn't ask for additional help though I am sure it would have be accepted.

The building appears to be new. The room was apartment size with a separate living room. Very modern with electric upgrades for convenience. Staff was amazing, very helpful, spoke several languages, made arrangements quickly purposefully. The restaurant was exceptional, breakfast was very good but dinner is a dining experience. Valet parked the car in a safe place for our two day stay at very reasonable price. Very good value. Oh, 3 balconies too.

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff and valet parking.

One is used to paying for items from the mini-bar, but I never experienced having to pay € 1,50 for each cup of coffee from the in-room coffee machine when paying > € 200 per night ! (they did however not charge extra for putting sugar in it)

Excellent facilities, centrally located, great staff who helped coordinate a beautiful flower bouquet in the room for my wife on our honeymoon.

The hotel is in an elegant propertyadjacent to the Duomo and well situated to wander through Catania’s historic sites. Our room (angela) retained interesting details from when the room served the wealthy owners of the palazzo, including a frescoed ceiling. Staff was very well coordinated, proactively helped get our luggage up and down a few steps to the elevator, and gave good advice regarding restaurants and transportation. We were sorry not to have stayed more than one night.

The location was outstanding. The service was very good. The breakfasts was also very good. The Roma were very large.

There is no outside space. The pillows were not comfortable. I also felt the rooms could use a little decoration on the walls. Our shower leaked but the staff said they would be looking into it.

Breakfast was good. All staff very helpful and pleasant. From a tourists point of view, the location was very good.

The place is not easy to find by car. Probably the most impersonal rooms. No welcome bottle of water. No valet parking and the remote parking offered not user friendly and expensive for what it offered

Need a water dispenser in the gym and need cleanser wipes in the gym for people to wipe down their machines. A big plus for having a gym in Palermo boutique hotel however

Location was great. Close to everything. Rooms and facilities were first rate Breakfast was delicious. Staff was wonderful. Guy came and got our car. Brought it back to us when we checked out. This was really convenient.

This was an island of paradise in Palermo. Our was big and comfy and service was great. You can walk anywhere from this central location.

The hotel is impeccable, beautiful rooms and friendly welcoming staff. The location is also perfect with valet parking. We really enjoyed our stay, a highlight was the sauna in our room!
