Perfect for a quick overnight stay for a solo traveler. Not far from the main hub of restaurants and pubs, but nice to be situated nearby the highway to the airport.

Perfect location if you run Palermo marathon. Staff very suportive and easy for agreement. Brekfast in nearby cafe. Italian, small but lovely.

To noisy for my perspective, while hotel is in city center.

We were met with great information about the city and things to do and places to visit. Super friendly and great English! The room was very comfortable, fresh and well equipped.

The entrance to the hotel isn't the best. But it didn't affect our stay that much.

location was shocking. street was full of rubbish and dirty. young men with dogs sleeping in the street Grafitti covered every surface. Noisy in the evenings as a meeting point for groups of young people. Really reduced the quality of our stay.

The host was very accommodating and spoke well English. She came down to meet us and helped us with the baggage. We also spoke through WhatsApp beforehand, where she answered multiple questions we had.

The outside of the hotel looked poorly and there were no functioning elevator

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%

We were very satisfied, the accommodation is very clean, the staff is kind and helpful. We received personalized service, they contacted us even before our arrival.It is in the center, so everything can be reached on foot. We were briefed on what to find and where in the city.We were also satisfied with the breakfast.Free coffee is available at the reception and what I especially liked is that there is a terrace where you can smoke without having to hang out on the street. It is important for me.I recommend it if you want a good value for money accommodation in Palermo.

The location is very central (just behind the Massimo Theater and Capo market), the staff was very kind, helpful, and always kept the room very clean and organized.

The room was very clean, the staff was SUPER nice, wanted to help, explained everything. The equipment in the room was new, blinds were controlled with the remote controller, smart tv, GREAT wifi.

The room was spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful & the shower spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was central & a short walk to the shopping streets & opera house. Breakfast was at a cafe on the ground floor. Good value for money.
