Artemisia Palace Hotel

They had a fabulous breakfast every morning it was great scrambled eggs ham bacon cheese pastries breads desserts it was wonderful I would recommend this hotel for the breakfast alone

Good breakfast and clean.

We paid for a balcony and did not get one. The concierge did not speak a lot of English and it was impossible to tell him.

Great location with very easy walk to airport bus. Great breakfast.

The convenience of the hotel to restaurants, downtown and historical places.

The reception ares was small and the breakfast area. A small bar area would be nice of an evening.

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff Huge room and very nice bathroom. Heater worked well during our January visit. Close to the beach, central square and lots of restaurants too.

The location is perfect, just five mins walk to the Teatro Massimo and right in front of a bus stop. Breakfast was great!

It’s a little noisy at night when you have a room facing Via Roma.

I loved breakfast. The woman who worked there worked very hard to get my coffee just right! There was always a variety to choose from. The pastries were delightful! The front desk staff was wonderful!

There was one morning when the hot water wasn't working, but by the time returned in the evening, everything was fixed.

Good location…functioning air conditioning

Breakfast room too crowded, bathroom shower too small and not clean, no bottled water provided, safe was locked hence not available for our use. Room need a paint job.

It was so close to everything, you could walk everywhere.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice & clean and the beds were comfortable.

Location was great. Breakfast staff was super nice!!

House cleaning and some staff were a bit rude. Always something missing in the room. Toiletries, soap etc. had to keep asking.

Great location, close to every thing. Great helping staff. The room is very nice and clean and being cleaned everyday. Breakfast is rich and kind ladies serves coffee of your cboice. Great value for money. Highly reccomended!

I liked everything

The room and bathroom were spacious and breakfast was great. We always look for hotels that include a good breakfast and some just provide a pastry and coffee. Not this hotel- they offered a wide and delicious variety of food choices. And the young woman working in the breakfast area was delightful. Perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend.

While we were there, they must have been having some trouble with their air conditioning as it took a long time to cool down and then shut off in the middle of the night. But we would still return 100%!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was perfect and the breakfast ladies were very friendly.

The reception staff were not very welcoming.

The property was located convenient to restaurants, bus station was right outside the door, short walk to Quattro Canto, short walk to Via Liberta which is dotted with shopping etc.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Our suite with the balcony was very nice, clean and large. Breakfast was an incredible selection of sweets, fruits, yogurts, and juices. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to many sites.

Pillows were hard.

Position

Pictures were not as shown on booking site , breakfast extremely small not great , facilities poor , broken items as , safe and phone, poor shower with broken shower handle , terribly loud from the street did not sleep !

It didn’t seem like a four star hotel. More like a 3 star due to tired decor of the rooms and no hotel bar or restaurant.

Staff of the hotel is very helpful and nice, location is good-walking distance to old town and the sea, aéroport shuttle, cappuccino at the breakfast, the lady who were cleaning the room was very good

Noise from the street and thin walls( we had crying children next to our room and cars driving until 2 am on the weekend ), bathroom had mold and all water from shower were dripping on the floor because the glass protection of the bathtub was broken. Room was cold and we asked extra blanket .

The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was wonderful. The room was comfortable except there was mold on the ceiling near the shower. The AC worked the first night and then didn’t work the second night which was a bummer since leaving windows open at night was not an option (too noisy). The staff did not follow through on helping to figure it out.
