Hotel Trinacria

We found the property very clean comfortable vintage ! but well taken care of. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Georgia and Nadia were super friendly and their service was great. We would certainly come back again ???Robert and Morag Tersigni.

We loved our stay at Hotel Trinacria! We came by car and completely missed the parking lot as the driveway is polished marble and the sliding entrance door was covered with photographs of Points of Inerest around Palermo. Very unique!! We had a beautifully decorated suite with a very large comfy bed. The hotel was close to markets and Teatro Massimo. There were dozens of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The hotel also has a rooftop bar for guests to enjoy a drink in the early evening. There is a little store next door for food, snacks and drinks. The hotel staff gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Small family hotel in a pretty quiet part of Palermo, with good facilities and an exceptional front desk staff. In particular Sylvia went out of her way to help us when our credit card was giving us problems - say hello to Sylvia when you go there. The hotel is a bit over the top in decoration, although our room was more like a normal hotel room. The room was a little bit tired but everything worked so no complaints. Breakfast on the upper floor was pretty decent, and the staff were very nice. Great location close to buses and within walking distance of many sights.

Very clean and quiet hotel with old world charm and a wonderfully professional front desk staff located within walking distance to Teatro Massimo. Breakfast staff was friendly and provided a nice assortment of choices. It seemed like the general clientele of this hotel was on the more mature side which suited us.

Just confirm the price of any taxi arrangements.

Location just outside of the Limited Traffic Zone, with parking available. Very close to the Historic center of Palermo.

Secure onsite parking, friendly staff, short walk to central Palermo, lovely breakfast terrace and comfortable room.

Shower is tight but worked well.

The staff was super accommodating and made excellent coffee, espresso, cappuccino, americano, everything. The breakfast was excellent, especially the wurstel rolls and fresh fruit. The staff treated us like family. It was wonderful

The shower pressure could have been a little better, but other than that...

good breakfast selection of local cuisine.

It was a little "tired", water pressure was poor (typical for southern Italy)

The property was very clean, the morning breakfast staff were the BEST…. Going above and beyond! The desk staff were just as wonderful, especially Giovanni Jr!!

I thought the room was a little tight in terms of the 2 twin beds and a rather large armoire! The location was Ok.

The staff was amazing! Sylvia was one of a kind. She was knowledgeable, friendly and wanted to help with anything we needed.I would definitely come back!

The property was in the center of Palermo and it was a walking distance to all the sites . It was clean and the staff were very courteous and nice . They provided our beach towels and beach umbrella . The parking garage was very convenient.

Nothing that I can say I didn’t like

Amazing service, incredibly generous and friendly staff. The room was great, clean and well equipped. The location is great as well as it's close to the historical section of Palermo, the port and bus stops that can take you to mondello beach.The team running breakfast were super friendly and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. And the food itself was great as well.

Staff was super helpful and we were able to park our car for an additional fee on the premises.

My issue is the room smelled musty and the bathroom shower had mold and mildew all over. The only way to operate the AC was with the key which meant you were always coming back to a hot room.

The manager was wonderful. She responded to all my questions before we got there and assisted us once we arrived. The hotel is exceptionally clean and wonderful location was fantastic. We could walk to everything. Also, we had a car and they do have parking I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay

Fine hotel, everything in order except the definition of 'suite'.

Paying 175 for a suite which has a 'undressed' sitting room and bedroom is a bit steep. It feels like a eastern european hotel in the mid 80's. Functional but not cosy. You can sit but not relax. It is not worth the money.

Staff are exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, welcoming. Room was spotless and pleasant. Hotel is beautiful. Near historic district. Quiet. Safe, pleasant neighborhood. My back went out while here (nothing to do with the hotel) and the staff helped me find a cane to buy and allowed us to stay an extra hour. Will stay here again.

A small thing: Bed in 112 should be examined. On the window side, the bed has a large divot making it not level and disturbing a good night’s sleep.

Very kind staff, very good and safe parking, amazing breakfast, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Highly recommed.

The terrace bar closes at 8 pm like, what ?

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s nicely located near the city center, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, especially being served outdoors. Parking was convenient and made everything easy. Would happily stay here again.
