Great location. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful

Stall shower was so tiny it was almost impossible to get in the door and once inside, too small to bend over to shave legs.

Excellent host, so friendly and helpful. Good location for us coming from the train station, quiet road off the main thoroughfare, close to restaurants. Clean, modern, comfortable room with good facilities. Lovely balcony in the sunshine.

Can't think of anything - all very good.

Room was too small to open two suitcases. The shower could barely fit my body ( I weigh 135 lbs). There were no plastic or glass cups to drink from. And something I didn’t know at the time of booking - there is no elevator. It’s a problem if you have to take your heavy luggage to the 3rd floor!

Good location in the centre of Palermo yet in a quiet area. Very nice staff willing to help with advise on how and where to get around Palermo for day trips.

Second time in this hotel in 2 years and there are still some works outside . The reconstruction stars at 7.30 so do not count to sleep long time The girl on the reception was lying saying that it has started 1 week ago … There is no lift !!!!Otherwise all good ,

There was very strong perfume smell in the room and bed linen which exacerbated my allergies. The mattress was a bit soft.

Location is amazing, so close to everything. The breakfast was good, classic Italian sweet breakfast. The hotel is older, but bedroom was clean.

Little moldy in the bathroom, but we didn’t care we only slept one night there.

Excellent service from all the staff.Breakfast was very good with lovely service.Location was excellent. 15 minute walk to central train station.Room was comfortable and had air conditioner. Cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed on the second day.

Everything good but...

In room 201 something stinks very bad. I almost changed hotel. I don't know how I'm survive that. Terrible smell don't know what was that. I asked for different room but they didn't have. Nightmare

Great location.

I arrived on a hot day. The AC was struggling to bring temperature down. Over 30 degrees in the room, which was witnessed by the night clerk. Couldn’t sleep. Hotel was full. Next morning the manager refused to recognise the problem and I had to endure another night like this. Horrible breakfast with powdered nespresso coffee. An italian scandal :-) Pay more, go elsewhere.

The toilet didn’t flush, on our last day, we didn’t have power, the shower overflowed + you can’t call this breakfast really a breakfast (it was soo small)

Located in the middle of town, perfect for reaching all the necessaries and sights

A but unstable beds and old bathroom, however all very clean!

The staff were very nice and helpful with local knowledge

My room could do with a little refurbishment where the shower is concerned but everything else was good
