The Location is spacious and clean.Rooms are large and comfortable Staff is ready to listen your needs

Being inside a Sports Center Area is full of young athletes and Sportives .Being mostly young, they stay awake until late in a loud voice and shout in the cortidors and slamming doors when they go in and out from one room to others to have fun.This makes it very hard to sleep, despite the external area being extremely quiet and silent.

The hotel is in a stadium/ sports center and lots of noisy tenants (young players staying). i booked a room with a single get got a room with 3 beds instead

Food was delicious, place was clean and staff are very friendly and happy to help.

Wifi coverage is bad

Really No thing to like, i have a bad experience with this hotel and will never go there again.

The hotel is located in sports area, which makes most of the visitors youth sports team and we were not able to sleep because of the noise and the high voices. Moreover, my father was not able to go to the restaurants for breakfast duo to a health issue and when we asked to bring the breakfast to the room, they refused and said you must request one day before, after some negotiations, they agreed to send to the room against extra charges as a separate food order.was bad experience really don’t want to go there again

1. Staff tried to please you and as i wasnt well made a special arrangment for me to have breakfast in my room. Peter in catering was especially helpful for which im grateful. 2. Gave me a nice room over looking the sports grounds3. Breakfast was nice. Very large bakery options as well as cold and hot options4. Large place feels.like a four star unlike many other hotels in Egpyt which overate themselves 5. Walking distance to grand mall although the mall itself isnt really all that.6. Super friendly staff and the 2 Mostafas were quite helpful with speaking good english.7. Bottles of water in room on arrival which is a plus as many hotels around Egypt dont supply this.

1. Beds too firm for me but i think egyptians like firm beds as all hotels ive been to in Egypt have firm beds.2. Many options on the room service food menu not available when ordering 3. Some cool nights and the heating option wouldnt work in the room.4. Most staff dont understand english so it was a struggle and i had to track down the only 2 people that spoke good english to get anything done. But this was usually resolvable in a reasonable time.

Nothing, its an army managed facility Poor service, poor hospitality Not recommend

Everything, better off being an army base rather than a reputable property as they claim on the website!!!!

the breakfast was good,location is so good,it is quite area,COVID-19 procedures are taken

the room was a lil bit dusty,and i would like disposable hotel slippers to be included in rooms in future.

The location of the hotel was good.

I didn't like the room that much. The furniture of the room wasn't that good at all.
