Could not sleep, they have a club blasting music all night down stairs till 6am.

Noisy music till 6 am, room was vibrating from how loud it was

The staff were very helpful and supportive. I had interactions with Abdu, Lisya and Mohammed and they were all really friendly and willing to help.This is a genuine hotel with a charming 90s atmosphere that gives it a sense of authenticity and classic hospitality. The room was clean, and all amenities were fully functional.The hotel has great potential.

A bit of street noise could be heard during the night, which I believe depends on the room’s location within the building, but it was certainly not disruptive to sleep.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent staff. Mr. Tariq and Abdulrahman at reception were very welcoming. Mrs. Manar, our host at breakfast, was professional, and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. Mr. Hesham in the café provided friendly and great service. We highly recommend this place.

Receptionist, breakfast, cleaning team, however, the carpet is so dirty.

Didn't inform the customer about the breakfast, pool, and other available services.The carpet must be changed ASAP.

I had a wonderful stay at Hor Moheb Hotel! Mr. Mohammed at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, always attentive and professional. Mrs.Yasmin was also incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. I’d also like to thank the waitress girl (don't know her name) , who was very polite and helpful,Thanks to all of hotel's staff, my stay felt like home away from home. I highly recommend Hor Moheb Hotel and will definitely return!
