Guest Relations was awesome! She really made me feel welcome as well as the reception people. I got a suit upgrade and had a very comfortable stay!

Excellent service, timely and efficient.Attention to details even dish washer soap and sponges are provided in the kitchen.

Spacious and very clean room, comfortable bed, modern design, and a stunning Nile view. The hotel is calm, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay.The staff were outstanding, Mr. Ziad at reception was professional and efficient, while Ms. Rbaab and Mr. Mohamed from housekeeping ensured the room was always perfectly clean and well organized.

Good location. A little farther away from the City Center. Good views of the Nile. Room size was excellent. Food - breakfast and dinner - was great. Good friendly staff though a little confused about their wine list! Overall good.

Lift and corridors are a bit too cosy. Good clean hotel otherwise.

The hotel was comfortable, our room was large and comfortable with nice view of River Nile. Staff were friendly and receptive and the breakfast was super. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel which locates in a very beautiful location.

The hotel was nice, the only thing is that it was not easy to find close local restaurants.

My suite was not cleaned properly. (I had to clean it by myself.)Room service delivered the food late and it was cold. The gym needs rejuvenation in terms of equipment- tools- machines.Clear audible voice from the room next doorAnd door slamming was extremely annoying

Really It was truly a wonderful nights. All the staff were excellent, from the reception team : Mustafa to the end.My Special thanks to guest relations officer, Dimyana Tawfeeq. I wish her all the best and success.

We booked a suit to travel with a kid. The sofa bed was not made in advance. Everything else were perfect

It was clean, the rooms were super spacious and the view over the nile was simple amazing

The AC was not cooling properly in the lounge but they fixed it after few hours.

Staff all staff but special thanks to Mazen at reception he did outstanding efforts to fix my family stay arrangements and Omar from housekeeping for his warm welcoming and support from heart

Worst place ever. Concierge is a dirty money snake. Receptionists are just letters and stamp stealers. Watch your belongings. Avoid this place

The facility is clean and the space and room size was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional specially Mostafa and Hassan from the reception. They made me like the stay more and interduced the entire facility to me. Also the trolly man Salem, was very helpful when we reached to the room.
