Beautiful design, very tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with heated bathroom floors!!!

Be sure to confirm if your room includes free breakfast. It looks a little confusing on the description (picture) on booking, where it might suggest it does.

The manager is awfully unfriendly and rude, he makes it really uncomfortable and seriously takes away from the potential of this hidden gem. The actual layout is spectacular, the hotel is charming, with great, simple food, and excellent service staff.

The manager. His unprofessional, unfriendly approach to guests made us feel uneasy and unwelcome, right from check-in.

- extremely rude and arrogant behaviour from the receptionist after asking to get transparency on the bill- being charged for 5 persons, even though rooms were prepared only for 4 - lack of proper communication from the beggining

The rooms were very modern and clean. The terrace was beautiful, with a stunning view of the Valtice castle and town rooftops. The breakfast was very good and varied. We served a bottle of N48 on the terrace in the evening that was very good. Parking was free of charge. There are parking spots inside the courthouse and in front of the gate. Do yourself a favour and book this accommodation. You won’t regret it.:)

We could here the noisy neighbours upstairs, but in the bathroom we did found 2 pairs of earplugs.

The hotel was super modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.The swimmingpool was the best part with a nice view over the castle and rooftops.It is the perfect location to start your cycle ride in between the vinyards and to relax afterwards.It was very handy you could rent bicycles from the hotel and with the check in we got a glass of wine to welcome us :)Jams, spreads, nutella, etc. was all home made at the breakfast and they make your eggs fresh so it really elevated the quality.

We ate one evening at the hotel restaurant and we had to wait for the food for a very long time. It did not come out at the same time and the last person had the food more than 1 hour after ordering it and 2 dishes came out wrong. No apology or explanation was given. if this would not have happened, I would have given the hotel a 10/10.

Ended up insulted by hotel owner

The experience was underwhelming, but ended up being insulted for my nationality - when he tried to overcharge me. I mean I’ve never been treated like that anywhere in the world!

It's a gem! Resort Valtberg N48 was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in - not only in ČR but ever. The swimming pool with a view at the castle and the village was the absolute highlight. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. We were also able to rent bikes from the hotel for a decent price. Would highly recommend and hope to come back in the future!

A/C noisy

Beautiful rustic design, new property, changed our reservation as we needed.

There was no room service, the pool was closed in May.

cleanliness, everything is new, the furnishing of the rooms is very nice, really nice place to stay.

I would suggest to employ receptionist, in order to have better first impression, while Mr. owner seemed that we were annoying him when we came to check in. All in all it was really small glitch during the stay. The owners wife was very kind.

Great possibility to eat and drink near the pool area (Dinner), with a beautiful sunset view of the castle.Really enjoyed the stay!

only a few minor points - The breakfast was from 8:00 tot 10:00.when being on holiday that is fine, for a business trip that is too late.The rooms are quite noisy, when you are out of luck you can hear your neighbors.

Great location. Everything in walking distance. Very quite premises for those interested in relaxing. New pool ready to be used and sauna in construction. High level of services provided. Nice and caring people creating great atmosphere. Great value for the money.

Everything was exceptional. I only have praise for this place.

The attention to detail was second to none.

Only qualm would be the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. This only mattered as we forgot ours!
