Self checkin is fast and easy, you can also open the main lobby door and the room door from the app.

There was no sofa in the room (on the pictures there was)No coffee machine at all, not even a capsule coffe machine. The breakfast was pre-made in the evening - it was tasty (grilled toast bread with cheese and ham) but you could only reheat in a microwave. And some chocolate bars, water, Fanta. And that's it. I understand that it's off-season, but then the price should be lower to match the value.

Great breakfast, clean and comfortable room with great air conditioning, and wonderful and beautiful premises! We loved swimming, hanging out by the pool and in the game room!

I wish the wifi was provided for the rooms, not just the common areas. The only area where it worked consistently was by the pool and in the game room. Also, I didn't like that everything was so automated. While it was easy enough to check in online, by not having personnel at the reception area it made the place seem a little less hospitable. I found all the staff that helped at breakfast, in the rooms, and near the pool/game room to be really nice and friendly! I wish there was more staff!

We couldn't sleep in the bedroom - had to sleep on the sofa next room. I have written politely in the morning(e-mail and messanger) asking to repair it - NO REACTION! Nobody repaired anything neither ANSWERED my message/e-mail. This is the poorest service I have ever experienced!

Self-check in online surprised us a bit, but it went smoothly and without any problems. You can use the swimming pool, although the water in it is very cold. The area is quiet and peaceful, despite the fact that the facility is located right next to the border crossing. The room is fine. Very tasty breakfast.There is also a restaurant on site, open until 10pm, but we didn't use it.

A hotel standard should be good wifi in the room and drinking water for guests. It was missing here.The lobby was not very clean - there were dead insects under the table.

Quiet, clean, very good restaurant next door. Too bad I didn't have some swimming trunks on me to take a dip in the pool.

Absolutely wonderfull experience! Except this self-check in where you have to fill all these formalities. We were 8 people and it would took ages to fillIt and it did not work in the end??‍♀️ but apart this it was very good. Breakfast was very tasty with mimosas possible! Thank you!

Checking only remotely, after completing the booking, you receive emails asking you to register, actually too many messages, often after booking you start traveling.Arriving in front of the hotel door does not open and outside you need to try to register with your phone, but in the area the signal is bad, the password for the wifi is not indicated at the entrance.So you can't register.There is no device, such as a tablet placed in the entrance in case your phone has problems.

Very nice and quite large family room, full of light, with a terrace and a big bathroom. Very good every day cleaning. Exceptional breakfast, great coffee, they always patiently helped us with info about allergens.Very comfortable beds, quite big pool with towels and loungers in a beautiful garden, with plenty of stuff for the children. Self-service kiosk was a nice bonus.

At first I didnt like the online self check-in, it felt strange to scan our ID cards to some unknown app. Even now I think it can be dangerous. But otherwise you can't check-in. When I tried to communicate via booking message, only an automatic "receptionist" replied so I didnt get my answer. The codes for the door however worked well and you dont need to carry the key everywhere, so at least this was good.

Hotel is very nice, room and bathroom are nicely furnished and the bathroom has everything you need on a trip.The breakfast was of excellent quality and corresponded to a breakfast in a 5 star plus hotel!

Unfortunately it was not easy to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no indication on the booking.com website that the reception is not manned and that it is in principle - with the exception of breakfast - a self-service hotel. I did get a few emails beforehand asking me to check in online. Since these were in Czech and I don't speak Czech, I didn't take these emails seriously until I stood in front of the locked entrance with my two business partners. After phone calls from my Czech partner, we then knew that we had to check in online beforehand to get the code for the front door and code for the room. Luckily we had a laptop and somehow we managed to get online access. Even if it didn't work and we didn't get the code by email, we did get it by phone and had a very nice stay. As already written, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and the dinner in the restaurant next to the hotel was also great.I can understand that because of Corona and the resulting poor utilization, savings have to be made somewhere. There are also other self-service hotels, but there are clear instructions beforehand. And I also have to mention that many drinks and snacks are prepared next to the reception and nobody checks whether they are paid for. That's what I call a really great leap of faith, which unfortunately hardly exists anymore. You can even transfer to a bank account (but maybe you should also include the IBAN number for foreigners).I'm writing this because I think that with some improvements this excellent hotel can become a very special hotel. I have certainly not stayed there for the last time.
