We loved the contemporary room design that was both very friendly and utilitarian at the same time. Comfort and aesthetics seemed to be a high priority for the designers. The curtain of windows across the entire suite gave an amazing view.

It is a little far from the excitement of the marina area, but because of that distance it has an amazing view.

The nice young lady at the front desk welcomed us cordially and very kindly. After chatting a bit, we received an unexpected upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was beautiful, very clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the see and the city. The bar on the ground floor is fantastic but a bit pricey. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and different options. Car parking is located across the street.

The parking garage needs some refurbishment.

Room was garish green. No charm. No body lotion, no hand cream, no conditioner, paper cups, no kettle, no coffee, no iron, no bag service. Not a 4 star hotel!

Breakfast was nice, and the room was big and very comfortable.

The sauna is an extra charge, which was super weird and uncommon

On the outside, it is a nice well-designed hotel with a restaurant and conference facilities. The rooms, however, are managed as in a 2-star hotel. Only two pillows for a double bed, both very hard and thin. No kettle and tea in the room, which is available in most 2-star hotels. Instead of class cups expected in a hotel of this class, paper cups on the sink. No bath robes, which are usually available in 3-star hotels. While saving a few $$ the management turns this rather upper-class hotel into an inferior property. The staff is good, however, reception and restaurant staff helpful and friendly, rooms we well-cleaned. The hotel is far from everything of interest in Cagliari - seafront, old town with restaurants, castle district, etc.

Old hotel, ac not working and hardly no warm water and no water pressure in bathroom plastic covered mattresses, high cost for sauna facilities, reception staff not too friendly rather arrogant, breakfast staff serving very friendly while staff at breakfast entrance not friendly

This hotel continues to be my preferred establishment due to the consistently warm reception I receive upon each visit.

The hotel has historically been well-regarded for its exceptional breakfast services. Recently, however, there seems to be a noticeable change in the variety, portion sizes, and overall quality of the variety offered. It may be worthwhile for management to consider how current cost-reduction strategies are impacting employee morale, as this could influence the overall guest experience.

Spa and gym were great. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Large, comfortable and modern rooms. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.

The aircon was a bit temperamental. A bit of a walk to the city centre, but public transport was very straightforward to use with bus stops close by.

The hotel was easy to find in the dark albeit using Google Maps and the underground free parking opposite was vey convenient. Check in was easy with english speaking staff. The room was a good size and we loved the decor. As is it was very late we didn't use the restaurant but had a light snack in the bar where the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast had an extensive choice of high quality items and good coffee. This a business orientated hotel but fully met our need for an overnight stop after a late arriving flight at the start of our holiday.

Our only criticism is that the pillows in our room were rather lumpy and really need replacing.

Needed a larger wardrobe or more drawers. We were there five nights with a wedding celebration during our stay, so we had a lot of clothes and not enough places to hang/store them. We had pants hanging on the towel rack, jackets layered on the single chair.

Everything about the room was amazing

The location can be an issue but its one of the few hotels with parking so it balances it out. For reference, centre is about a 25-30minute walk and taxis are 15-20euro.

This is a lovely hotel, with state of the art facilities and wonderful staff.

It is a bit outside of the city center which is not such a bad thing in itself as the area is very quiet then.
