Very dated hotel in definite need of an update struggle to believe it’s 4* I’d say 2* at best 1 night was more than enough!

Great breakfast, solid value for the solo rooms, easy parking. Would recommend for solo travelers who don’t need central location.

WiFi signal was pretty much non existent in my room but worked well in the hallway and common area. Old hotel that needs some updates, cracked tiles in bathroom. There was also some nice open areas on each floor and the roof that would make nice seating areas if they added furniture.

Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed.Nice continental breakfast.

Shower door was not sealed properly so after showering the bathroom was soaked.

The staff were very nice. They have a good breakfast and are located in a quiet residential area. The restaurant is excellent and has a good service. Great vending machine at the entrance!

The room was quite small and very dark (had very little natural light). My computer plug did not fit in the sockets so had to switch off the fridge to be able to use that socket. The shower is tiny. It was not as close to the centre as I thought.

I liked the staff most. Location is great and the restaurant of the hotel was perfect. Parking was good.

The facility is so old. Room keys were old school , I didn’t like the bathroom, internet connection was bad.

The property is definitely not a 4* hotel! Our room was disgusting it was dark and dirty with bits of dirt left on the floor from what I can only assume is from the previous guests or even ones prior, the whole thing was unhygienic I felt cleaner keeping my shoes on or using to slippers supplied. All of the lights in the room were wonky and old, plug sockets were pretty much hanging off the wall, the wallpaper coming off the walls, part of the floor were coming up and just overall felt like an abandoned hotel room with fresh bedding. The location was secluded and seemed to be in a rough area so we had to book a taxi anywhere. Breakfast was little to no choice and to have one member of clearing tables and trying to serve guests coffee just didn’t work out well. We moved to Arcobaleno Rooms & Suites after 2 out of our 5 nights of our stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice, when we checked out of the hotel early and explained our reasons why we were pretty much ignored and moved on and tried to charge the city tax for the full 5 days - Overall would avoid.

The staff were definitely the best part of the property. They were kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very well cleaned and stocked up always. We were provided with a kettle and tea for our trip upon request which made our stay more homely. Staff were super accommodating especially on our last day (saying goodbye to the beach was hard ?)

AC was a little weak and the windows weren’t very useful for ventilation. Severe lack of proper lighting in the room. Not just for doing makeup, but literally to see around the room. Breakfast was often lacking, and a few times we found food that had gone off. I pointed out expired milk to one of the staff but it was there the next day still ?

The Cesars Hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel and is quite expensive compared to other hotels located within the city center. The building itself is quite old, and one can see that the interior is worn out. The rooms are quite small, and the chair in my room was saggy. Despite the food being very good, it was not always easy to order coffee during breakfast as the staff was only partially attentive to the guests. In the early morning, the buffet was very well stocked. However, this was not the case if one arrived later for breakfast (briefly after 9 in the morning). At that time, you need to choose from what is left over.All in all, I was quite disappointed and would rather rate the hotel with 3 stars instead of 4 stars.

The atrium is stunning. The hotel is clean, the staff efficient, courteous and friendly. The restaurant is very good.

The room was tired. The curtains were shabby - did not close them as concerned they would fall off the track. Poor light in bedroom. Huge tv - far too big taking up a lot of the desk/dressing table. The bathroom was bizarre - peculiar flush for the toilet, no bidet but a random shower hose next to toilet.

Clean and FANTASTIC breakfast. Amazing value! Staff very nice and accommodating. Roomvery clean but old. I had no issues and loved this place.The breakfast was something I would expect from a five star hotel. I would love to come back again

again- no problem for me but location is not in city center.if you travel around by bus the bus stop is about6-7min from hotel and ALL busses stop there. By busyou reach city center in 5 min.

The staff were so helpful on check in as it was very late. The lady went out of her way to try and find us a restaurant as just about everything was closed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. They even had cereal and scrambled eggs which was a treat. My kids were well and truly over chocolate cornettos for breakfast.

The room could do with updating but nevertheless it was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the a c unit started leaking they had a cleaner up in a few minutes to sort out the puddle on the floor and the maintenance man in 20 minutes they could not fix it but changed my room straight away they were very efficient.

Location and parking are good things of Caesars hotel.

Breakfast is poor and the refil os very slow, making food unavailable. The room maintenance is poor and often cause some issues, as the issue we had with air conditioning.

Clean, great staff, good rooms and good breakfast

No USB ports in the electric sockets, so needed an adapter. Not good in 2023. Also they had a vending machine for some food and snacks and cigarettes but it only took cash not contactless. Not ideal
