The location was ideal...near restaurants and important places to visit. We loved the rooftop bar with the spectacular view.

They always say it’s all about location—and I couldn’t agree more. Traveling solo, I found this hotel to be in an ideal spot for nearly everything: the train, buses, restaurants, shops, and the charming old town were all within easy reach. Even the beach was just a bus ride away, with the stop conveniently located a quick seven-minute walk from the entrance. Everything was perfect. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The rooms themselves were simple yet spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was modest but satisfying—just what you need to get fueled up and ready for adventure.

The position is perfect: pedestrian street (no noise) 5 minutes walking distance from train and bus stations. My room was incredibly big, good size for bathroom as well. The airco and the elevator are old but work. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast was included in the price. There are a terrace and a gym. You can store your luggage at the desk.

Communication, about everything, should be improved. Breakfast service was chaotic and with less choices than you would expect from a continental breakfast. The room was smelling old, apparently air doesn't circulate enough. The terrace was extremely dirty.

This wasa good choice of a hotel for my conference. In the heart of the historic Marina District, yet also 1 min walk from a bus that takes you to the university. Yet in the hindside I wopuld probably stay in the Villanova district since Marina is a bit crowded with toursists but Ok, you are in the middle of the action. The room itself is spatious, has high ceillings and a modern bathroom. Breakfast is fine, lots of pastry options, with eggs for an extra price.

The furniture and decor is a bit dated but the room size and ceillings are more important for me.

The staff were very nice, especially Ricardo who went above and beyond for us. He was so kind to upgrade us to a JR suite due to our no parking issues and helped us with our luggage.

Location was good except for being on a no car zone/ parking. We couldn’t even park anywhere around the hotel because of no vacant parking spaces. Lots of stairs but at least they had a working elevator.

It was close to bus and rail stations. It was quiet.

There was no hot food at breakfast.

The hotel is in the very historical center of Cagliari (Marina) very close to the train station and 5-15 minutes from "movida" and main monuments (Castello). It is in a building of lots of decades ago but is fully recently renewed. Three star hotel, not luxury but well equipped and clean. Very good breakfast for a 3 star, varied, fresh and not packed stuff. The staff is helpful: a problem with the illumination in my room was rapidely solved at 10pm, and they proposed me to change room in case. I reccommend, good value for money.

I loved this hotel. Although it looks nothing special, the staff were very friendly and flexible. The room was comfortable, bright and well thought out. It even had a terrace. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and especially the homemade torta della nonna and fluffy fritters. There is a great looking terrace on the roof, which I didn’t get to use, but it looked amazing. The location was also absolutely perfect.

There was a plastic smell in the room but it disappeared if I opened the windows for a bit.

- Location is close to the center- The bathroom was okay and had all the essential items- Transportation is available near the hotel

- The bed pillow was not comfortable- The room was not fully dark at night due to a lack of proper light blockers on the window

The location. Easy to find & close to restaurant's. Great starting point to walk around Cagliari

Quite simple breakfast, but nice. The parking was a little awkward if you have a car / hire car, but the staff managed to find a card to access a carpark about 8 minutes away which was very useful. Location good for accessing the city and walking up to bars, cafés and restaurants.

Beds were pretty hard and the location is really noisy at night; my family and I didn't sleep very well, unfortunately.

Location was perfect and no sounds. Breakfast was good!

Very easy to find and reach from the train station. Also close to the ferry dock for embarkation. It was on a quiet street, but in the Marina, an interesting and active area.

There was nothing to dislike around t all.
