Fine Airport Hotel

The shower was curtain only and not really appropriate, particularly because water inevitable runs on to the floor. The floor is marble and VERY DANGEROUS when wet.

The room was clean with adequate wifiThe breakfast had a wide range of food with hot food included.Parking was close by and plenty of room.

I needed a blanket and it did not arrive so had to go get it myself.

Restaurant

The hall floor is TAPED together. Very uneven. The floorboards are cupped and a MESS.

Room was well priced and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great!

Car park was hard to find and access. Entry to room was tricky and not standard.

The location is good for the airport and early morning departures. The room was nice and clean and the added toiletries were an added bonus. Most of the staff were courteous and helpful. I also appreciated being able to park our rental car in the secure garage.

The check-in was smooth, though the clerk said I would be charged to use the garage. In the morning, the very courteous clerk said it was free. The major issue was the bar. We waited nearly 15 minutes for a bartender to appear (7:30 pm, we were the only people waiting). He appeared to also be the sole waiter in the busy restaurant. The issue came when we found ants (several, see picture) in our drinks. It took a further 10 minutes to get the waiter to return to make new ones (not compted). In a four-star rated hotel, we expected better.

Extremely friendly reception team - she helped us with details of how to get into the city, where to park and where to eat. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean and very comfortable, and we chose it due to the location close to the airport.

Wifi wasn't very good

Location, very close to the airport. Dinner and service were absolutely superb. Receptionist absolutely fantastic and very helpful in all aspects.

Pillows were very hard and thin. When requested a soft pillow, received the same type pillow that were already in room. Need to place soft fluffy pillows.

The best part about the hotel was the breakfast. It was extra charge, but totally worth it.

Very basic room, somewhat old bathroom.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport and the old town of Cagliari. Great water pressure and comfortable room.

The floors were a bit dusty and could have used an additional cleaning.

The hotel is considered near airport, but it's accessible only by taxi.

There is no shuttle from and to the airport. The breakfast is not included in the price.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so we had to be moved. It wasn’t peak season yet so luckily we could move to another room.

Very convenient for the airport as had late at night flights.Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable.

Closeness to airport for early flight

The room temperature was too hot for out family and so we didn’t sleep very well

Some minor visible spots of lack of ordinary mainteinance affecting the external of the building. Some other issues (a little bit more serius) in bathroom affecting toilet seat and shower hose

There was nothing I didn’t like, I had a problem with my key but it was soon resolved.

Very good location if you need to be at the airport early. For an airport hotel, we were impressed by the quality of the restaurant and the staff.

The view from the window was of a junk yard.

The hotel is very smart and modern and the reception staff are very good. There are few places around it but you wouldn't know that if you arrive by taxi from the airport. Bus service into town involves a change; it can be easier to do a 15 mins walk to the stop for the second service. Overall, it is good and from clearing the passport cheque you can be at the reception desk in 5 to 10 mins.

Pool doesn't open until quite late which is a shame as I had to leave. Taxi fare from the airport is a fixed rate which would probably get you all the way to town. And there is no real alternative - walking is an impossibility and would be very unsafe.

Great location, by the airport. Clean, great friendly staff.
