Hotel Villa Sveva

Location and economic played a role in selection process. Close proximity to walking on the beach sandy beaches stretch for kilometers areas and to restaurants and we'll. Ultimately the price for 7 days dropped 15 percent that made my decision easier.

Breakfast was the only improvement the hotel needs to work on. Coffee was amazing.Thank you

The property was very clean, but it is a hike from the center of the town. You have to take a bus which cost about one or two euros there is a bus stop right across the street. It takes only about 15 minutes If you wanna be right in town this is not the place but actually it only took a few minutes to get there and it was nice being near the beach. Shower is very good and bed was extremely comfortable. There is no water in the room though for tea or coffee. I believe you have to purchase that.

The phone doesn’t work in the room and I asked them about that and they said it doesn’t work and I said why is it in the room and then the room got very hot at night and they said there was a thermostat on the wall and they said that they control the heat and there’s no air conditioning so I opened the window but there were no screens and there were big birds bigger than pigeons that were landing on the windowsills of the other building and I was afraid they were gonna fly into my building in the window. The facilities itself are nice. They do have breakfast and they do have a microwave, but you have to ask them if you can use it because they don’t offer it like at night. I would bring some thing and they didn’t offer me to use the microwave but you can use it, and also have some suggestions of different tours but initially they didn’t offer me that information either. Rooms are on the small side.

We were for 7 days in this place and it was amazing! Great staff, girls are always ready to help and answer all the questions. Very close to the sea, 3 minutes from paid beach club(28-35€) and 5-6 min from free beach area. Breakfasts were tasty, big variety of food, sweet, salt, you can choose whatever you want, tasty Italian coffee, juices, many sweets, fruits, I don’t understand the reviews where people complained about breakfast.Beautiful territory, each evening we sat outside. This hotel is 1 min from bus stop and in 20 min you are in the city center, which is very beautiful.I hope in the future I will return to this place!

Shower

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Sveva with my partner, and overall, it was a decent experience. We were in a small room with two single beds pushed together, which unfortunately made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. However, the room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated.One area that could use improvement is the shower room; it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was quite basic, lacking variety, but it served its purpose for starting the day.On a positive note, the staff were fantastic! They were warm, friendly, and very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know. If I were to return, I would choose this hotel again solely for its excellent location. There’s a grocery shop nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, and it’s just a short walk to the beach.For those wanting to explore the town, there’s a bus stop nearby with regular service every 20 minutes. I recommend downloading the “CTM BusFinder” app to make purchasing tickets hassle-free.

Local was good with a great restaurant a block away same as the beach.

Convenient location to beach. Room was ok although very small. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms decor was nice. This hotel has major potential

1. Getting in is near impossible. Gate looks like they are defending against war. 2. The gravel and rocks driveway is ridiculous. People roll their suitcases and ruin them by dragging in the rocks was told is a constant complaint. 3. NO USB outlets in the room. NONE at this day and age. 4. Took 10 minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower. 5. No English TV or offer to stream from your phone. This would be simple to offer. 6. No extra pillows in the room. Pillows were flat. 7. fridge in the room was not cold to chill anything and I had medication that needs to be refrigerated.

Great boutique hotel and very close to the beac, which we wanted. We were close to a bus stop and were able to get the bus into Cagliari and only a 15 minute bus ride. The hotel was spotless and staff were very obliging. It was a very peaceful hotel and

The location was fantastic with local buses into Cagliari which is only 20 mins on the bus. The bonus was that you were by the beach and quick to get into the centre if you wanted to. I would also like to say a massive thank you to the staff especially Silvia she was super helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable holiday.

We had a ground floor room and the garden area was not like sitting on a balcony.

I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was wholesome and beautifully presented and the coffee was the best. But best of all were the staff. I had most to do with Sophia and Jessica when I was there and they went above and beyond in friendliness, kindness and service. So did the breakfast ladies. I loved sitting in the beautiful garden each morning with my coffee. For the traveller Hôtel Villa Sveva is located in a safe and laid back area 100 metres from beach, 15 mins by regular bus to the bustle of Cagliari and a few bus stops and short walk to the park where you can hire a bicycle to explore the salt marshes and see the pink flamingoes. There is a great supermarket a block away and many pizza style restaurants nearby. My stay at Hotel Villa Sveva was an unexpected delight and treasure in Sardinia.

Huge terrace, comfy beds and pillows, quite big shower. Very clean. Good breakfasts, not only sweets to choose from, but also ham & cheese. Very polite and frieny Staff. Definately recommend!

No private parking space, so if you are coming with the car you will easily find parking spot outside of "beach hours", but in rush hours it may be challenging. Other than that all fine!

Perfectly and closely located between beach, super market, pharmacy and bus staion to reach the city.

Wlan connection could be better, often lost in hotel room or breakfast room. Yet not more than a niusance.

Great hospitability, nice surrounding area and beach. On the other side, despite the main road was close, the room is very calm. Correct breakfast, choice for everyone.

Everything was great! The location was awesome, breakfast was good, the room was super clean and spacious for what we needed and the beds and pillows were the best from all the hotels we have visited so far! The staff were all super nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The warm water in the shower was the only issue. Sometimes it gets super hot and sometimes it goes cold while showering.

Excellent location close to the beach, plenty of parking nearby and decent breakfast.
