Pros +
- The room was large, clean and comfortable.
- Room is comfortable; good location easy to reach Poetto beach area by bus
- Location very central .
Cons -
- Old lady very cranky , upset and treats you rude . The mattress is a whole rock , very uncomfortable. The elevator is very old that not even the luggage fits on it . It is weird inside , I felt more in a hostal , no hotel services at all .
- A small fridge would be an extra bonus, but not actually needed for a stay in the city.
- At night, the room was a bit chilly because there was no heater, but the rooms have A.C I didn't need it though. It was nice and cool during the day. The bed was a single bed, so it was a bit small. I could have asked for a room change, but I managed; that's on me. However, you can always ask, and Mr Luca is responsive.

Everything was great! A great location, a very hospitable, helpful and kind owner, everything was very tidy and comfortable
First of all, the location is great! It is a very well-maintained hotel, but an old one. I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. It's small, peaceful and very clean. The owners are very nice as well. As a solo traveller, I had a shared bathroom, but it wasn't a problem.

Excellent for anyone looking for classical Italian style, beautiful view of the sea and palms, excellent situation in middle of town etc
The first welcome by Mr.Luca was super nice and friendly, and the antique aspect of the place is wonderful. My room was super quiet at night, something I appreciated a lot. Mr Luca shared his favorite places and recommendations, which was very helpful and insightful to get input from locals as a first thing. I think it's super nice and vital. I highly recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location with many options around.

Very easy check in and the hosts warmly greeted me and recommended sights to see. Comfortable for one night and such a welcoming space with charm.
The hotel is in a great location. Perfect for a solo traveler. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations! The owner was very nice and helpful.
The hotel is quite nice! The location is nice and central and easy to reach. As they say in the description, the hotel is run by a family, which gives a really nice atmosphere, and gives a personal touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The owner, Luca, was very friendly and supportive.
I didn't know beforehand that to take breakfast I had to go out to a nearby cafe.
I enjoyed staying in this traditionally furnished hotel. My room, and the bathroom, were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The owners, mother & son, are both charming. Neither of them speak English but the son & I communicated well through Google translate. He was friendly & helpful giving lots of suggestions in Cagliari. The hotel is on the main road of the marina & near the bus & train stations.
Nothing!
Friendly family business. The owner and his lovely mom were great hosts. Hotel is located by the marina. Around you can find small family restaurants.Would definitely prefer here for the next time.
The location is great, the host was really nice and helpful, the room was very clean ?
There was no view from my window. It was literally just a wall. Luckily I was away all day every day so it didn't matter that much.
Very interesting building. Charming mother and son proprietors. Great location.
Extremely helpful and very kind host. After check-in we were provided with all the necessary information. You could say that there is a reception and tourist information in one place. Our room was clean and tidy. During our stay it was cleaned every day
It is a small old-fashion-furnished hotel. I was looking for a hotel at the sea, and it is at the sea front. Normally, it would be a nice location at the port, probably it will be one, when the big construction works in front of the hotel are ready. The owner was quite unhappy about the situation and tried to help us as much he could, using a mobile translater, i. e. the communication was not easy, but he has done his best. The location is not far from the main pedestrian shopping and dining area under the old citadel.
Because of the construction works in front of the hotel, it was impossible to come by car to the hotel, we could hardly find it, which was very stressy. Car parking is extremely problematic in that area, even impossible on Saturday evening, as everything is full. We had to pull our luggage on a very long way from the paid parking. The construction site is very noisy (but still better than the noisy aircondition in the room) and dusty. So, I could not drink my morning coffee on the balcony as I like, planned and paid for. Finally, I was very disappointed of the breakfast - I would not pay for it, if I knew that we receive only tickets for a confisseria. Every day the same 1 piece of sweet cake with a cup of coffee, everything else had to be paid. There are much more possibilities to have a good breakfast according to your choice in different small restaurants around, do not pay for the "hotel breakfast".
Very old fashioned. Not sure what to expect but out in other areas around sardinia you can get so much more for your money. This was a late booking so maybe best of a bad bunch. Lady was kind though.
Lift was like something out of Universal Studios...Great if you like a bit of adrenaline
I really liked the location which was very close to everything with great access to the public transport and train to the airport. The accomodation itself was extremely clean and tidy. The communication was only in Italian, but we managed with positive attitude ;) Breakfast was nice and simple.
My room had the window above the restaurant kitchen which made it impossible to open during the evening/early night because of the smell. It is a very old house so you can hear everything from your neighbours.
Excellent location near all amenities. Traditional building and family run hotel with traditional approach to hospitality. And a beautiful view from our room.
