Hotel Villa Fanny

A low key and sophisticated little hideaway which stole my heart. The staff are attentive, friendly, go the extra mile for you kind of people. Warm, generous, inviting. Breakfast was such a treat with everything you would wish for.

Top notch property. In walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Staff were fabulous. Room was grand…better than I could imagine. We’re actually going back for our last night in Sardinia.

Very accommodating and so kind. Enrico went above and beyond to give directions and suggestions of places to visit and eat the local foods. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and eager to please. The beds were comfortable and softer than some stays. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, comfortable bed. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast so we received packed bags with breakfast supplies.

Beautiful and stylish property that offers peace and privacy… Breakfast area and bar are lovely, just sitting and having coffe or a glass of prosecco enjoying the garden is so relaxing and pleasant… We appreciate Marco, Simone, Lorenco’s assistance… Alberto’s cocktails will be remembered…

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff.

The only downside was the AC, it’s too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great location, 10mins outside Cagliari centre. Outdoor garden a bonus. A great selection of food for breakfast. Lovely bar area. Rooms exquisite and the staff were so helpful.

Villa is amazing, just like in a pictures; when construction works are over in a house next to it-I will return for sure! Please plant some more oranges..smell in the garden is a bliss!

Exceptional

When we booked they never said you be awake at 8 am with noise from a complete renovation of building beside the hotel with Kango hammers going all day long had I of knowing I wouldn’t have booked this hotel . I would like to let people know this is the only issue I had with this beautiful hotel which had a great location.

Lovely rooms. The breakfast was fabulous and location of hotel perfect for exploring Cagliari.

I booked a suite and a separate room for my daughter. Her room was on the main floor opposite the reception desk. She is a light sleeper, and found it quite noisy at night with guests leaving the bar and early in the morning with people using the reception area. Our suite on the first floor up was lovely.

Charming , comfortable, great attention to detail, friendly stuff, overall very pleasant experience and my favourite place to stay in Cagliari when I come visit

Breakfast could have been better

Easy to access location. Loved the nearby botanical garden. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Very nice shower. The breakfast was the best one we had in Sardinia. The staff were very helpful. The gardens lovely. Overall, superb accommodation!

Breakfast Room was nicely presented, we stayed a week so it needed abit more variety, mostly continental, they done bacon and scrambled egg although the egg seemed like it had been sitting there a while.

Perhaps abit more variety for breakfast. ok if you are just staying a couple of nights. The only thing wrong, we were in Room 31 and after using the shower the bathroom smelt of drains and shower tray wasn’t fitted right so the water ran out onto the floor. We did mention it to staff, they checked it but basically it’s a bad design so nothing was done. I have read on reviews since that this has happened before.

Well appointed room, comfortable mattress, tasteful decor and breakfast quality was excellent. The breakfast room was quiet and peaceful.The staff were very polite and professional in all cases which is greatly appreciated.

Parking availability.

The hotel was beautiful ams the rooms were spacious and wellAccommodated . I can’t say enough about the staff!! Excellent service… very accommodating and very informative, Pleasant and fun!

The rooms are lovely...and the location very quiet...is roughly a 15 minute walk into town. Which has an incline

Great Service, well equipped room

A/C isn’t strong enough to cool the room. Bath room also far too hot. Extra charge for an omelette at a room rate of 270 € is strange
