Hotel Chentu Lunas

Location and the nicest owners. They are truly good people and will do their best to help you. They put up with my bad italian ?It is a minute walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants.Room wise, very comfortable, good bathroom. I would definitely go back. This is a family-run business and it gives a homy feeling. And there’s a nespresso machine at the reception. You can have coffee any time :) The city center of Cagliari is a bus ride away. Easy to get there. But if you’re looking at places in this area, it is for a beach vacation and this is the perfect place.

The proprietors they are such wonderful hosts. They helped my daughter and I get cabs and made arrangements for a great boat and snorkeling trip. Gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. I never wanted to leave.

Very welcoming If you didn’t have something, they got it for you. Suggested little trips like a boat ride and it was amazing. I didn’t want to leave ❤️

You wouldn’t be looking here if you wanted five star modern glitzy glamour. What you do get is a comfortable, relaxed beach style accommodation in an absolutely perfect setting with the most wonderful hosts. I also appreciated having a proper hairdryer, a kettle and a fridge. Access to the beautiful beach couldn’t be better and we were fortunate to have an incredible sea view. Johnny and Graziella looked after us incredibly well, going to the lengths of providing requests at breakfast and racing around to help with a broken vape ?. They have run the place for decades, so are full of recommendations and can sort taxis,trips etc etc. There are some outstanding road works nearby but they didn’t disturb us at all. Decent restaurants nearby and the bus into the beautiful town was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Niente!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, lovingly managed by the owners, Graziella and Johnny who are absolutely lovely. The location is basically steps to the beautiful beach and an oceanside multi purpose pathway with bars, restaurants and of course, the ocean in plain view! It is a short hope to the heavy tourist area with transport at the door. The Pullman costs €1.30 and stops directly at the Centro. The hotel is very clean, safe and secure. Graziella and Johnny want your stay to be memorable and are full of great suggestions on everything Sardegna. We unhesitatingly recommend Chentu Lunas and will return!Thank you Graziella & Johnny!

Central location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, night food markets

Graziella and John were so incredibly attentive, warm, helpful, kind..... never experienced anything similar.As a "cagliaritano" myself, I can share there couldn't be any better place than Chentu Lunas for making the guests feeling "as family".Unprecedented level of services, cleaning, support.... no any mission is impossible for these guys !!!The Location is spot on, beach within 50 meters of walking, same for restaurants, local pharmacy and grocery store. More than recommended, definitely a place to return to, it was sad to leave.I can definitely confirm, places and restaurants recommended by Graziella are mentioned because of their quality and value (= no any "shady business" with tourists).

If you're planning a trip to Cagliari, Hotel Chentu Lunas is undoubtedly the best choice. In the vicinity, you'll find several excellent restaurants, cozy bars, a market, a beautiful beach, and convenient transport links to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms have a unique charm, but what captivated us the most were the hosts. From the very beginning, they were an invaluable support—always smiling, ready to help, and eager to chat, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. If you're wondering what to see or which attractions to enjoy, they'll gladly suggest the most interesting options. Plus, there are delicious breakfasts served downstairs. We'll definitely be back more than once!

Parking is kinda difficult

We liked our staying at this hotel very much. The beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel. Special thanks to Johny and Graziella for vegan breakfast options for my sister.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach, local restaurants and the bus stop. Johnny and his team were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond. We had such a good time.

Great location, beautiful view, 2 minutes to the beach, perfect

Location for beach, restaurant’s and water sport was very good. If you want to be away from the centre of the city it is perfect and it is nice and quiet. The verandah that came with the room was excellent and had a lovely view over the marina and beach.

A bit more variety at breakfast. Food was good, lovely pastries.

It was an excellent location. Close proximity to beach. Staff were very helpful.

There is a small balcony, not possible to sit out and sun yourself on there.

Graziella made sure our stay would be a memorable one. Her constant help and advice were so valuable. The Hotel is situated 1 minute away from the beach and few minutes away from bus stop leading to calgiar,'s main attractions. Highly recommend this Hotel and it's hospitality towards tourists. Well done!! Will be returning definitely

Location ( close to Cagliaria and in front of the beach), renewed inside, super clean and comfortable, staff super kind ( Johnny was so nice and kind, super helpful). The same Graziella who allowed me to have a late check out. The breakfast is simple but is good and meets expectations for a 1 star hotel. I was treated as if in a 5 stars hotel. Loved and recommend it for sure!

Nothing, in general good experience!

Graziela, Jonny, and Barbara were fabulous! Made kayaking arrangements (was great - highly recommended - Ole' Kayaks) and helped us with many things during our stay. Location was perfect - right at the end of Poetto beach, easy parking, quick walk to grocery store, restaurants. We had a nice balcony, so could watch all the activity -but was quiet at night.
