Great staff and awesome breakfast!

Breakfast coffee chaos because only one lady can make coffee for the entire breakfast room and she’s overwhelmed so we have to keep asking for coffee and didn’t get them until half an hour later as they lost track who needs coffee, forget what kind. They absolutely need to have a self service barista machine.

So they close the pool/spa on tuesdays which is ridiculous . There is only one pasta on the menu and it has lobster. How are you in Italy without a choice of pasta. The housekeeping never came to clean our room.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the main tourist area of Cagliari, which made it super convenient for sightseeing and dining out. We walked everywhere during our trip and loved being so close to everything.The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and trendy, and we were greeted by a lovely fresh scent every time we walked in, which added a nice touch. As well the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a wide selection. There is a small pool on the rooftop as well - plus gym and spa.The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari!

It was all perfect!

The bathtub was great On the surface, a nicely appointed room. The lobby staff was very kind. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great hot water. Timely elevator service. Cielo rooftop restaurant kitchen provided fabulous meal. The waterfront location was most convenient.

Overpriced accommodations for what was provided. The included breakfast would have been better if the staff was more inviting. Coffee had to be ordered and waited for as all requests were filled ( about 20 tables). Never offered refills. Coffee should be the least complicated feature in the morning. Cielo Restaurant staff provided impersonal service bordering on haughty. Most perfunctory service we experienced on our trip which include some high end stops. The in room lighting was plain weird. An odd switch design turned lights on that eventually turned themselves off at the most inopportune timed. Totally overdesigned. Wanted to like this place but comparing it to two other resort stops with suites on the wster this was a disappointment.j

Great location, beautifully renovated, stylish. Rooms superb with fantastic bathrooms and amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Both restaurants really good, with Terra being great fine dining.

The last few hundred meters of the drive were a bit hair raising!

The dining experience was difficult to enjoy both dinner and breakfast due to hi volume disco (electronic) music. Also it was difficult to gain the attention of the wait staff

They gave us a room that had a shower drain that stunk so bad we could barely sleep with everything closed off. They knew it was a problem and when we complained they didn’t compensate us for anything.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and decorated, the bed was not too hard, and the people who work there are very helpful,

Unfortunately there is no area to smoke, there’s a little corner on the rooftop where you can smoke but it’s not open 24 hours, and you also have to go to this corner to smoke when you’re at the rooftop restaurant, even though it’s outside already, I had to leave the table and stand approximately 3 meters away from the table to be able to smoke a cigarette, which was very awkward and stressful, because some tables are very close by and the dining guests look angrily at you, probably thinking “why did she come near us to smoke "and the smoke goes where the wind takes it, and the toilets are mixed ( men and women together) as I was just pushing the door handle to leave the toilet cubicle a man ripped the door open and out of my hand, I was surprised and scared at first, till I saw on the door that it’s for both sexes , and also the lights in the bathroom in my room are so dim that I couldn’t see myself in the mirror which is extremely inconvenient,

Location very central. Hotel renovated and new. Breakfast and all food very tasty.

Unnormaly warm in the room and airconditioning was not working or too weak
