Palazzo Ferrucci Luxury Suites

I liked everything about this place (note that I’m a picky person and always find something wrong :). Very nice personal that meet us by taxi from the airport; super clean and comfortable room, great location within walking distance to all major attractions. And last but not the least is an amazing breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view. You could also relax there in the afternoon or evening after running around.

This hotel is a boutique 5 room gem in the heart of the action steps fromPiazza Yenne and an abundance of restaurants and shops. So the location was ideal to get to anywhere in the city by foot or an easy drive. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotless. The housekeeping is amazing. Everything cleaned and restocked daily. The staff is not on site 24/7 so don't expect that. We received a warm welcome with prosecco and a snack while we settled in. Thank you Palazzo Ferrucci.

If you have mobility issues, there are 47 steps to reach the hotel from the Main Street. There is an elevator inside the hotel. Our room overlooked the main shopping street and there was noise at night from the crowds of people until about midnight, and garbage pickup in the morning but earplugs helped a lot. These are not issues with the hotel, but something to consider if this is an issue.

Our stay here was beyond wonderful! The staff are great, they were very kind & welcoming and we had great communication before and during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and so comfortable. They also greeted us with a welcome drink. The location is great for walking around, lots of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. I look forward to staying here again in my next trip to Cagliari, grazie for a lovely stay! :)

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond!! We had trouble with our rental car and they helped us resolve it and even return it to the airport. Just the nicest people - thank you thank you!!And besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and very centrally located.

Be aware that there are steps to get there - it’s beautifully located in the old city, but the location is not for anyone with mobility impairment.

Walkability and proximity to the conveniences of Caligliari. The ro was spacious, the bed super comfortable.and the bath which much appreciated after long days of exploring.

No parking and difficult to find. It can be a little noisy at night.

Everything was perfect, wonderful hotel, prefect location and personnel really nice, helpful and competent.

Nothing all was good.

- Great location - Room was spacious and clean - Staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating - they even offered us our aperitivo as we had to leave earlier than planned.

- Due to location being in the heart of the city, it was unfortunately a bit noisy. - There’s an elevator in the store to go up to the hotel - it would have been great to know before walking up the stairs with our luggage and baby.

Accommodation and cleaning was good, room was very spacious and had all the necessary accessories, sun umbrella and beach towels available as courtesy were very welcome!

No reserved parking, no instructions about parking and lack of English proficiency of the staff however must refere the staff was quite nice and supportive.

We stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon. The staff went above for our arrival suprising us with a decorated room and a welcome drink to celebrate our recent marriage. You made the end of our trip to Sardinia! Thank you so much!

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the city with plenty of bars and eateries within walking distance. Exceptionally well appointed room and wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight.

Very large and well appointed. Comfortable, great bed, and dark for sleeping.

Only negative was location. Taxi had to drop us off in a small plaza above the property and we had to walk downhill with our luggage. There was no staff on hand at the time of our arrival (about 7 PM) to handle our luggage. Our early departure required us going down a small service elevator to inside the show store below and walking through the closed store. Not a good set up for a late arrival or very early departure.

It was in a great location. The suite was spacious and included a large spa bath. Everything was supplied from slippers, hairdryer to hair straightener.Welcome drinks were brought to our room with snacks.Our lovely housekeeper also cooked our private breakfast on the terrace. She was always welcoming and helpful despite our language barrier.The staff on desk were extremely helpful, even prior to our staying giving us directions and car parking information. On arrivalThey were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even booked us a 4am taxi for the morning of our departure. We can’t speak highly enough of the hotel or its staff.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location in Il Castello, close to all the attractions. Our room was spacious, luxuriously furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with a view over the city, was also delightful. The team that took care of us was very attentive, with the highlight being a spontaneous surprise with a birthday cake for our son on his birthday.If we ever return to Cagliari, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. We had a quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children. The children loved the jacuzzi bath with a view! Nice to have lovely cold welcome drinks on arrival. Brilliant place to explore the city.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great central location. The breakfast on the roof top was stunning but you have to pre-order the night before and let them know what time you will be there, which could be an issue for some, but we were fine with this. Stunning spacious suite with no noise pollution from busy street below. Staff super friendly and helpful with choosing local restaurants.

The hotel entrance can be accessed from two different locations however we only originally found the one where you had to hike your cases up a long flight of stone stairs from the pedestrian street below. If you can’t manage this the hotel staff will help, so ask !
