I like the front-desk staff. They are friendly. The location is good. It is near the main train station and several good restaurants.

The room was clean and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was terrible! Extra hard mattress and flat pillows. The breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast was fine, limited but great value. Great location, within a minutes walk of the bus/train station and lots of bars and restaurants.

It is an old property but well-maintained and great value for money.

Very helpful staff. Helped us to get taxi for 4.50 a.m to get to the airport (25euros). Very close to railway station, harbour and all the restaurants.Even though the interior was a bit tired and outdated, the beds were still comfortable.

Good location - close to train station, buses to the beach and restaurants in the centre. Room was very clean, AC worked great, and rooms were quiet. Staff always friendly and appreciated the 24/7 reception.

Shower was a little small.

Central location. Super close to piazza yenne, the marina neighborhood, the port and the central train station. Bed was comfortable and airco worked perfectly making it super comfortable. Personnel was friendly and available 24h at the reception.

Old-fashioned furniture, windows frames and doors. The toilet needed some fixing (it didn't prevent me from usage).

Location, hot shower, good internet and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room very clean every day the staff changed the towels. Very good!

Nothing really

I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would recommend it. My top recommendation would be for the staff who were very helpful. Someone in a nearby room had the TV on loudly during the middle of the night and the staff dealt with the problem very well. The interior of the hotel is nice, as was the room. Very good breakfasts. You are close to everything, including the rail and bus stations and the Castello district. Also good restaurants nearby, especially trattorias.

I enjoyed my stay, largely thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Every request I made was handled promptly and professionally, with genuine warmth. I was particularly impressed by Nikola at the front desk, who went above and beyond by helping me arrange my flight booking and airport transfer efficiently.

Everything was great

The hotel is pretty basic but clean. The location is very good, the railway station is round the corner and the city centre is very close. The bar across the street might get noisy in the evening but it wasn't a problem for me. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful.

They have very strange approach to their breakfasts. At first they warn you that the breakfast is very basic/Italian style. At the end of the day it's not that basic, you have cereal, you can make sandwiches etc. basically have decent meal but the problem is that you have to ask the staff responsible for breakfasts for most of the things for instance for coffee, otherwise they will not offer you anything by themselves and they are not very eager to help you.

The layout of the room is a bit uncomfortable, without outlets near the bed.

room is very old-fashioned, I had no windows, there were cobwebs in the top corner of the bathroom door and the air on is wayyyuyy too cold. Also, there was only one location for a plug in the bedroom.
