Absolutely everything. Room 115 is perfect. We stayed in lots of hotels during the year but this one was the first that satisfied everything. Warm, cozy, perfect beds, fridge in the room that did not make noise, electric heating, quality bathroom. No, really, it was perfect.

The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and a lot of different choices. I like the parking that is available on the hotel grounds. This is a lot better option than parking on the street.

We actually had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was great.

On the way to hotel, I got injured because the street was slippery on rainy day. I barely made rest of trip.

Breakfast was great with variations. The room was cozy, restroom was spacious.

The hotel location was good, thd atuff was friendly and helpful regarding our requests, the room was clean and coasy. The breakfast was good and we all found something to our liking there.

Really nice hotel, we stopped here in the way to Salzburg, The hotel is located in the main road so we can walk around see Melk abbey the gardens before checkout.

Location was great! Short walk into center of town. Great parking next to hotel. Room was comfortable. Restaurant for dinner was good. Breakfast was nice. Great nights sleep!Great value for price paid!

Room was a bit warm and door to outside did not work properly to keep open during the night.

There is no way to make a coffee or tea in the room. We wanted to iron a dress as well, there was no ironbox in room. The one we got from reception was cordless, so it wont heat up, not much useful TBH.

It is a charming hotel located in the center of town; everything in Melk was very walkable. Breakfast was bountiful and the staff was lovely. We had a misunderstanding regarding payment and checkout that took many days to resolve, and they were most patient at the hotel. In the end, when Booking.com could not fully resolve our issue, we settled remaining payment directly with the hotel.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, which concerned us at first, but it really did not turn out to be a problem at all during the time that we were there.

The hotel has a great location, a five minute walk from the abbey and really close to all other local sights and the Danube. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel also has a pleasant restaurant where you can have a meal in the evening.

There is no air conditioning- we visited on a very hot weekend so while there are fans in the room, it was a bit uncomfortable in the afternoon.

Did not reserve parking spaces for guests. Use by function attendees caused us to use a public lot.

Quite comfortable stay. The location is brilliant with private parking for those who travel by car, bike, or bicycle. Special thanks to the staff for providing freshly baked gluten-free bread for my wife for breakfast.

A big room, clean and comfortable. Really nice stuff, very helpful and polite. A very good location, free parking and good breakfast. They arranged late check in procedures and were very responsive. Melk abbey was in a walking distance.

Very friendly staff, helpful and smiling - the reception is only open bis 16:00 o' clock, but the restaurant is open until 21:00 so you kann pick up your key there. For late check in there are secured boxes with key pad.Good breakfast - fresh bread and pastry, good and strong coffee. We were offered also some scrambled eggs - very tasty. The lady in charge of breakfast was very nice.Very clean room, no dust what so ever. We had a room with 3 beds - good size. The room was facing the parking lot, so not the greatast of views. On the other hand, if you love your car you get to see it all the time. For me it was a plus.Free parking in the hotel courtyard.They also have a good restaurant with plenty of choices. We ordered our food and took it in the room. The prices are decent.We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely come again.

The beds and rooms were great, and the location in Melk outstanding! We came in on bikes and were able to walk to the nearby Abby and town center with excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful
