No AC - this is a major problem as the advertising is misleading. Secondly did not accept AMEX onsite as a form of payment.

Location, building, and rooms all excellent. Great location, everything was great.

Air conditioning was broken and it wasn't comfortable in the room. Even more frustrating is that they said it was fixed and we extended our stay only to find out late at night that it wasn't fixed. We felt deceived.

We loved the authenticity and good taste in decorating the place. The hosts were very friendly and discreet. Super-clean room and breakfast focused on quality products rather than wasteful quantities of food. The view from our room was breath-taking. And the cat we met at the outdoor space was magnificent! Central location in the village - you can go eat & drink on foot. It was open in mid-January and we loved the quietness of the place.

Kind host. Clean room & comfortable bed. Nice view of Tuscany countryside and safe neighborhood. We absolutely enjoyed everything. Highly recommend !

I can't think of an area that could be improved. The service was great. The made to order breakfast was beyond wonderful.

The personal attention of the hotel owners/mangment and family staff. Went out of their way to help with just any wish or requirment we had. Our laundry was taken care dispite the short time frame. Our rooms were large and compfy. Perfect breakfast on the balcony with aj marvelous view.

We loved staying at Palazzo Pacini - the owners were super welcoming and helpful, and the place is just beautiful! We especially enjoyed the terrace and having aperols with the sun setting over the tuscan hills. The breakfast was also amazing.

We were completely enchanted by Palazzo Pacini! The rooms, the location, and service that went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and at home. We traveled with our 3 young-adult sons. Check-in was a breeze. We were so well received by Pietro as he helped us get settled in. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, with charming views. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic out on the patio... Thank you, Eni, for the delicious omelets made to order! Again, Pietro and Eni provided us with a wonderful piece of Tuscan paradise. I hope we have the opportunity to go back.

Beautiful rooms and views. Classic Italian style palazzo

Our rooms were beautifully fitted out with magnificent views. The breakfast was magnificent and our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful.

It’s located in a small Tuscan town between Florence and Siena. Very charming. Property has magnificent view of Tuscan countryside that we enjoyed from our bedroom and from the breakfast area. You can relax by the fountain and smell jasmine in the garden. Very attentive owners and staff. Exceptional breakfast!!!

I do not have any dislikes about the property

Pietro is a born host, kind but not overbearing; he makes you immediately feel like you’re visiting your favorite Italian uncle who just so happens to have a beautiful palazzo.We stayed in 4 different properties on our trip to Tuscany and Palazzo Pacini was our favorite. We highly recommend “The Dutchess” room. Waking up to that view everyday was just magical.The layout of Colle di Val d’Elsa is a bit different than many other Tuscan towns, quite long and narrow, but the scenery is beautiful.

The only complaint we had was quite minor - the water temperature tends to fluctuate when you’re in the shower. Never so bad that you can’t shower, but a little annoying.

A beautiful property with amazing views. Our room was spacious and spotless. Pietro and Eni are kind and attend to every detail. Breakfasts on the terrace were plentiful and outstanding. (Eggs cooked to order!) it is located in a small town that is not right in the middle of a touristy area -but a great central location to explore the Tuscan countryside.

This in a beautiful area of Tuscany. The town is a typical medieval town perched on top of a hill, narrow cobblestone streets and old stone buildings. Loved this location.The staff was excellent especially the young lady in the reception who drove with us to the car parking area!!!

We didn't spend enough time here to explore the town. A two night or more stay is necessary.
