Loved the window overlooking the town & breakfast was good

Parking was not convenient

restaurants are through the city and not at the hotelit is possible to hear people in the hall and other rooms

Great location in the old town right next to a useful bar serving good food and drinks all day and into the night. Also in easy walking distance of a number of restaurants. The bedroom was comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast fine.

The bathroom was functional and clean. However the shower enclosure was a bit tired with extremely temperamental hot/cold water, patched gaps in the floor and wall around plumbing fittings, and a tricky shower screen.

Location within city walls, spacious room, characterful building, fantastic breakfast.

Could not get access until 3:30 even if only to deposit bags. Location above bar did mean a bit noisy at night but not a big problem for us.

The access to the bathroom was from the children's room, noise of the bathrooms installation, small window

The location was great. Right in the center of town on the Via Francigena. Breakfast was good.

They were not at all flexible with my check-in. I couldn’t even drop my bag before 3 PM. I was also told that check out started 7:30 AM and no one was there to check me out until eight.

Modern, clean, no moquette, good position, parking in the nearby, comfy bed, good temperature control, breakfast ok

I thought hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, Mary the lady that served us our food everyday was an breath of fresh air to meet in the morning, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful, always full of chat, will definitely visit again.

Our only problem was you couldn't park near hotel, it was off down hill, so was very awkward when you'd to carry luggage up but that couldn't be helped based on where hotel is situated

The breakfast should consist of more savory options than sweet ones. There is no private parking, and someone has to leave the car at a public parking, a little far from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel located in the countryside. A great breakfast spread each morning that is hosted by an extremely friendly lady! The room was large and the bathroom was nice and modern. Restaurants right next door are lovely as well.

It is located at the top of a very big hill, this wouldn’t deter us from coming in the future we would probably just rent a car next time to save the walk up and down with our luggage.

The staff was incredibly helpful and really made us feel welcome. Our lodging arrangements fell through, and this place was just the hidden jem we needed to save or trip. The dinner reservation the first night was fantastic, and things just got better from there. My whole party of 14 guests loved our time there.

The owner is extremely friendly. He went to great lengths to make us even stay ay the hotel. I had forgotten to look at the check-in hours and he drove 12km to let us in.

The staff was superb! :) They even offered to guard our baggage after we checked out, just so we could go sight-seeing in rome :)

The adresses of two different houses is a bit of a coin toss and an annoying side-quest to locate the correct adress. If you are arriving late at night with tons of luggage and a sleeping child. Otherwise - everything was great :)

Great place to stay. Right on the VF track. The room was beautiful. Very comfortable. I headed off before breakfast so they made me up a lovely food package to take with me.
