Hotel is lovely and the pool area is beautiful. Good size rooms and good breakfast

The bar inside was very dark. There was no iron, and when we called up to ask for one they only had a small hand held steamer to offer. They said they didn't have any irons at the hotel. For a 4 star hotel a iron should be a given, especially as so many people stay in Tuscany for weddings and need access to one.Asked for a late checkout the day before checking out which was kindly accommodated and then the next morning when we were in the room we got a call from the rude receptionist saying we hadn't checked out. We said we had been offered a late checkout and he said no that would never have been agreed on and said we needed to exit the room. Such a bad experience after being told we could the night before. Really set a bad tone for the end of the tripRooms also cold in the evening

Everything about our stay at Relais della Rovere was beautiful. The hotel itself is charming, the atmosphere is unique, and the staff were always friendly and very professional. The restaurant was delicious, though a bit overpriced, and the same can be said for the hotel in general. Still, overall it was a very good experience that we truly enjoyed.

We initially thought the hotel would be in the countryside, far away from everything, but we found that it’s not as secluded as expected

Convenient location to move around Tuscany and very comfortable to stay in the room or around the hotel in spaces like its pool. Breakfast is very good and the dinner at the restaurant was nice despite been a little bit expensive.

Probably the price, I would stay again for sure but I felt in general (accommodation, drinks, diner, etc.) was a little bit overpriced compared with what you were receiving.

The breakfast is very good. Great garden!

The bathroom is smelly during peak hours. We had to close the door and turned the fan on overnight.

Updated bathroom with separate toilet room. Comfortable bed affording us a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and expansive with lots of choices. Loved having slippers provided.

Bedroom was not updated (bathroom was). The path to the outside stairs had an unpleasant smell.

Noble located above the city. Great „old walls of history“ and big gardens.Very nice staff and great restaurant.

We stayed for 6 days and used this as a centralLocation to tour Tuscany.Wonderful location, staff and facilities.

Everything. Building was gorgeous. Staff was super helpful. Restaurant was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel with a large swimming pool to help manage the summer heat (We went in August 2024 for 4 nights). The hotel is clean and in a good location. We had a car to get around and visit surrounding places. Lunch was good at the restaurant too.

we though the hotel was on a hill, we were misled by the photos. It is in the city, near the street. Near the pool you could smell the sewage.Looked deserted at night time.

Beautiful place, close to all Tuscany villages that are a must see.

The heating system in our room didn't work in the first night.

Clean room. Cleaning every day. Convenient location. Not far from the main road. The room overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet. The staff is friendly. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfasts are excellent.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of Tuscany. Near Colle val d'Elsa (you can walk to the town if you want). Good but a bit pricy restaurant.

They couldn't offer us laundry service on the weekend nor on Monday because they needed several days to do the laundry. It was a bit tricky because we traveled with kids. It lowers the overall rating for the hotel. They should be more solution oriented as it is a quite expensive four star hotel.

perfect location near all famous villages in tuscany, beautiful environment with amazing facilities like a very small village, amazing staff especially Elena- definitely we will visit it again and again
