The comfort of the room. Both the room and the bathroom were extremely spacious; the bed was very comfortable; the breakfast was delicious and with a very nice variety that included delicious homemade pies.

Nothing. I wished they had a comprehensive list of the stores available around the hotel, because Colle is a pretty little town worth being visited!

Spacious room with an amazing view. Location worked very well for our plans to explore north Tuscany - all sites are pretty much within 40-55 min drive. Super clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Good restaurant on site (a bit expensive for this location). Didn’t have a chance to use the spa, but pool looked like a nice place to hang around on a hot day.

The parking should be free considering room prices and the location. It costs 15 EUR per night.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Within the walled city, walkable to lots of great restaurants, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We only used the spa once, pool chlorine was pretty strong but that's normal in a hotel.

The hotel is in a wonderful location in the overlooked Colle di Val D'Elsa. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool, with beverage service, was a great space to relax after a morning of touring Tuscany. The parking was simple and convenient and the breakfast was plentiful. There are a number of very good restaurants very close or within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Just make a reservation a day or two ahead and enjoy!

This is a minor point, but the coffee in the urn was instant and not very good. The alternative is to ask the staff for a espresso or cappuccino and the problem was easily solved.

Fab location. Great pool. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. Room was comfy good air con. Maybe rooms a little dated but still nice.

Small parking lot. I had to park the car in another parking lot (a few blocks away).

Everything - beautiful hotel, big rooms, air con, clean, modern, great pool and spa and the staff are wonderful. I had one of the best massages - ask for Julie ? - after a week of hard gravel bike riding! And private room for our bikes too!!

Our room didn't have a view...but only there for one night so weren't overly concerned.

Spa schedule is bad & it is not properly added to the rooms rate : the booking from Sunday to Monday (1night) with spa, but it's almost impossible to use the spa, cause it opens mon 15.00 after check out time. Spa schedule needs to be added to the property description. Correct check in & check out time on booking com site please add

The hotel is in the center of the village. It is on a historical location and the parking is very close to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and service minded staff. We joined a bike cycling race in Tuscany. Even our bikes got "spa" treatment. Amazing.

Missed the chance to chill in a cozy area. But not a big problem.
