The decor was beautiful and the location was great. The staff was helpful. Having a money exchanger on site was great.

The air conditioning in the first room didn't work, and barely worked better in the second. The hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our eyes. The pancakes and french toast at breakfast were cold. The bathroom was hard to move around in.

The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful.Breakfast was pretty good.The spa facilities were very good.

The room was a bit crowded in my opinion, since the heavy furniture took a lot of space.

We were fortunate enough to spend three wonderful nights here. The hotel is amazing. Never mind it looks like and decorated like a French palace, it is fantastically comfortable and clean and convenient. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was endless hot water and with nice products provided and towels were very plushie and new. Breakfast was amazing. The location is huge and tons of choices. Two of our morning the occupancy was conducive to have a buffet and one morning only being one of three rooms we had “made to ordered “. Both there were plenty of choices and excellent quality. Had great coffee and tea choices. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a real treat to be able to talk with them. Elevator was always waiting for us…loved that! We read a previous review on this hotel that said it was kichy and furniture was not of good quality, we could not disagree more. It decor is lovely and trust me when we tell you the furniture is thick and substantial. Great stay and we will return.

Izuzetno lep hotel, kraljevski stil.. U barok je fazonu, Luj XVI, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, sve je cisto i uredno, sobe odlicne, dorucak prelep, SPA centar takodje, nije veliki ali je taman obzirom da i nema nikad guzve jer hotel ima 18 soba..

Near the hotel was a nice square with good restaurants. The live music at night was great.

Environment furnished in a fake way, old towels, humid room with windows on the street, without parking.

I liked the concept of the hotel, all that heavy wooden furniture. The bed and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning worked in the +35 outside. The staff was nice.

Location next to the very lively main square of this town. Super friendly staff. Fun interior design-theme if not slightly out of place in a more modern building.

One day the breakfast was just an English breakfast, disappointing for a hotel at this price point. Weekend days breakfast much better. Swimming pool smelled poorly and water was not clean.

Located in the heart of Sremski Karlovci, this richly decorated hotel offers everything you might need for a short stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, a mix of modern amenities and over the top baroque decoration. Breakdown was good and fresh. Staff is amazing.

Keep in mind that Serbia is one of the few countries in the world where smoking is allowed everywhere and requests a non-smoking room, should you need one.

Very nice staff at the hotel ready to help with absolutely any question, will tell you everything and recommend. Nice SPA area, it's a pity there is no massage. The presence of a sauna was very pleasing. Located in the very center, next to the pedestrian area, 10 minutes to the observation deck with a view of the city and the Danube.Definitely recommend to everyone!

The location was ok.The interior design is interesting.

Everything was great. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The only complaint is that the bathroom in the room was not as expected from the pictures.

I only liked the location. Nothing else.

There was an option for a smoking room and I chose the one, of course I didn't get it. The hotel with five stars and no kettle in the room, no safety box, windows in the attic were too small and it was like a superior room, poor breakfast not completely ready at 7 am. And I said it all at the reception desk but only got a "smile". So, i don't recommend this hotel.

Everything is good, nice place for couples or even a honeymoon as there is much to see and do in the local area besides viewing the churches))
