The staff were incredibly kind & attentive. Eg. We got in at night & my wife had been nursing a bad cold. The gentleman overseeing things quickly went to the kitchen to get her a pot of hot water at her request to make her tea for recuperation. I really appreciated that!Great breakfast by the way & wonderful location!

Even though the private parking area was full by the time we got in, we got passes to park on street & was instructed to park in secured area in the AM after early patrons departed, till we could continue our Pilgrimage before moving on. Really liked it there & incredibly value!

Good location and private parking on the road, 50 meters away. You have to park check in then go to the private parking as it is just inside a pedestrian road. Staff were very nice and used a language translator which worked out fine. Breakfast was simple. I was offered eggs but happy with the cake and coffee.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and for me the bed was very hard

Beyond loud as street is short and narrow and it was unbearable.Just loud loud loud noise until late ours by motorcycle guests revving their bikes to pelegrinos shouting and yelling as the only ones in the world.Zero sleep.

Everything was excellent. Spoke with the owners and gave me tips to walk San Francis Way to Assisi.

I am a St. Francis Cammino walker, and staying here was a great spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time after the simpler pilgrimage lodgings I have been in. It was very comfortable, very clean, good wifi, good staff, just a few blocks to the Cathedral, and within the old city. The breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, freshly made coffee, meats, and it seems like a whole lot more....a very nice breakfast offering with lovely people hosting it. I also left my backpack in the morning to go see the Duomo museum and walk around, they were just so nice here. I'd stay again without hesitation.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good location. Accommodated our last minute request for 3 beds. Kind and gracious host.

Nice breakfast, took individual coffee orders. Got to park my motorcycle in a locked room across the street which felt safe. Nice bar right next to the hotel on small square.

The host barely spoke a word of English and gave me a room that was already occupied, that was sorted quickly by what I think was his mother who spoke better English (enough for us to solve the problem).

Great location, free parking close to hotel, spacious clean rooms, abundant choice of breakfast items. Well priced.Very welcoming of pets. (We liked it so much we stayed an extra night)

Very hospitable owners. Kept our suitcases on last day after check out and offered us breakfast room to eat our snacks and drinks before our taxi arrival at 1pm.

if you are traveling on budget, this hotel is a real gem. perfectly located, free parking, pet-friendly, good breakfast and a lovely staff. A place to go back as the perfect base for discovering Umbria

if you need air-co to survive, this is not the place for you. We loved the beautiful and very effective fan

Good location

Room was freezing, noisy, no extra blankets, unattractive. Had the drag luggage up 3 flights, doors we flimsy and could here through the walls child playing at 7 am. Too much street noise.

The breakfast, staff/owner friendly, Location

The bed was super comfortable with a nice (not saggy) mattress. Top location in town with shops, bus stop and restaurants just minutes away. Very friendly staff. All in all a very good option and choice.

The nice landlady made me a lunchbag when she learned that I planned to leave at 5.30 am.

The wifi in the room was on/off and effectively useless.
