Nice hotel, nothing special though, good for a night stay

Location was not good and building was a bit old

Lovely bathroom and great soap in fact one of the nicest soaps i have ever used in a hotel. Comfy bed very clean, lots of parking and 20 mins walk to town which we don’t mind but others might find it a bit far. Bonus of birdsong in the morning and quiet location . Breakfast was lovely salami and cheese or cakes and croissants. Salami with fennel particularly nice.

Toilet downstairs needs an upgrade, whole building looks a bit shabby. Odd spiralStairs and very small lift. Poor soundproofing we could hear the people above us using the shower and flushing the toilet.

Access to convenient parking. Good variety at breakfast. Clean.

A little distant from the historic center but this is the price you pay for easy parking. Room quite small.

Nice size room, very clean. Lots of free parking. Easy walk into the main town.Nice refreshing pool with lots of loungers.

Pool was full of leaves and I got stung by a wasp. The bar staff were rude. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and it had no fizz and tasted funny. When I complained I was told that this was Italy! I’ve had loads of Aperols and this one was bad. Young barman was really rude.

The property is fine - it’s a basic hotel and suits for the purpose of a 1 night stay in transit.

Staff were excellent Rooms very cleanThe costs for drinks and staff was reasonable Distance from hotel to town was a 20 min walk, for us who use gym at home, a walk was our excercise so served us right.

Some of the bath towels left the white threads on your body and were of poor quality. So after drying yourself, or really not drying yourself because of the quality of it, you had to try wipe off your body the white fur type material shedding from the towel. It is for this reason alone that I couldn't give 10 marks

restaurant menu was not clear on entree and main course I ordered a main course and it came as just meat no accompaniments and I was nt warned by the staff and they laughed when they placed the dish in front of me….

Dinner menu was a little different. I would have liked more traditional foods. The service was very good. Other dinner options would have been good. Maybe a lighter menu with pizza?

There was a nice range of facilities which included a spa and swimming pool. I enjoyed the use of hotel bicycle and this service was a super addition.

I like a better looking hot tub.

I love rhis hotel. We have been coming here on and off for twenty years. We have watched it grow. The staff as always are excellent..

My only concern is the restaurants switch from a general menu that caters for families to a Cordon Blu only.This makes it very expensive to eat at the hotel.

The breakfast was very good, especially the cooked eggs. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice view from the bedroom of the hills opposite. No traffic noise. Kettle and tea bags provided .

The mattress was very hard - a mattress topper would make it so much better. There was a constant noise in the evening from the kitchen extractor fan. No extractor fan for the toilet and no door to the bathroom - bad bathroom layout. There were no instructions for the bedroom such as how to change the temperature - it was too hot for us. A long walk into the town - we drove and parked in town.

the hotel and the room are clean, the staff is so friendly, welcoming, helpful and friendly.the food is so nice and delicious
