Property and room were clean and efficient, if a bit charmless. Property is on a commercial business strip. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Liked that there was citrus-infused water and cookies available on check-in!

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was a great time to relax between sightseeing in Italy. Thank you - the service was very nice, the room was clean and well-appointed, the beds extremely comfortable. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't have the opportunity to get to know the attractions in the area better.

Really nice positioned hotel with clean and modern rooms, and breakfast included. Perfect for an in-between rest in a long travel. And really helpful and quickly reacting when I forgot something in the room so a return to pick up was possible.

Not a lot nearby solutions for diner in a late arriving.

There was heavy black mould in the bathroom, the towels were dirty. The plates st breakfast were not clean and ants were all over the table.

Clean rooms. Wonderful and cooperative staff Sofia and rest of the team guided us to near shopping places , laundry and recommended some good restaurants in the area. Restaurants and caffès and small shopping stores near by.30 minutes to reach Florence which was our travel destination.

Only to provide windows insect protection shield so we can keep windows open and enjoy the good weather

The hotel is really nice, it's been the second time booking, the room is clean and big, it's quite in the night and the breakfast is really good, the staffs were very helpful, we were looking for taxi to go to the train station but both freenow and Uber were out of service there, their manager drove us to the train station without a second thought, It was really a positive experience, will book again for sure, thank you for the lady driving us to the train station and being nice to us.

Everything is perfect

The staff was very warm and friendly. They answered my many questions about the city with interest. A lot of parking places.

Easy access off highway. Rooms very comfortable in all aspects and quiet. Very good breakfast.

Not many options for dinner close by but we did find a fantastic Japanese restaurant that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Excellent location, conveniently close to the freeway but very quiet and peaceful. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, plenty of free parking, elevator and friendly staff. Good quality restaurant nearby.

Perfect location for a late check in after a long day in Gaiole and needing to hit the road in the morning to head to Rome. Breakfast was great. As well as staff.

Air conditioning did not work very well. It was not cool enough making sleeping not super comfortable.

I loved all of the staff. They were all incredibly helpful. Laura at the desk was exceptionally kind. They all provided us with excellent care and hospitality. I was lactose intolerant and they made sure that I had everything I needed. Especially Sophia, she personally made me vegan food to ensure that I had a selection of food to eat. Me and my family all had a very good stay.

Not a lot to like. The photo on booking is either photoshopped or made before a mayor change to the building.

Location wasn’t good no transportation can’t walk to station every time if you want to go paying for taxi was expensive

Quite a remote area and the hotel mentions shuttle service but that is not actually available from train station

We are in summer and No A/C in the rooms or in another word no " cold air''.

Everything worked, bathroom was clean and looked new, breakfast was good, a variety of choices and the service was quick.The staff were friendly and efficient.

Maybe a different coffee machine in the rooms, but that is just personal taste.
